El apartamento con terraza y vistas al mar es espectacular, buena limpieza, acceso directo a la playa. Apartamento muy moderno y espacioso, únicamente no tiene horno ni wifi.

Unos apartamentos amplios con gran terraza para cocinar ll.justo.pero bien una buena piscina y a una calle de la playa

Lo mejor la ubicación con vistas al mar.
La limpieza era muy justa y los apartamentos necesitan una renovación.
Están viejos y las esquinas con restos negros por ausencia de higiene que en tiempos de covid es mínimamente exigible.
Se oye a los vecinos por lo demás bien. El check out es a las 10 y si quiere quedarte hasta las 12 te cobran 15 euros! Una vergüenza vaya!

Muy buena la calidad precio. Las vistas espectaculares. Lo único es que creo que ya toca cambiar los colchones, y um detalle que no me ha gustado es que nos han cobrado por usar la trona. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Su situación es un lujo, habitaciones perfectas el único pero la limpieza.es mejorable.
Instalaciones y atención buenas.

Un apunte si o si tendrás que pedir parking.
El precio de este es razonable.

El apartamento está bien, con personal muy amable. Muy bien situado. Es una zona tranquila pero con bastantes bares y restaurantes para poder cenar y comer tranquilamente. Esta muy cerca de la playa.
Muy recomendable para familias.

Muy buena atención. Limitado en servicios. Al 45% bastante gente, no me lo quiero imaginar al completo.

Cuando llegamos y vimos la habitación quedamos muy decepcionados. Sucia, vieja, mal cuidada, armarios rotos. Una de las habitaciones daba al ascensor. Medidas anti covid nulas. No hay ni jabón para lavarte las manos. Fui a recepción a que me cambiaran de habitación. La chica de la mañana nada simpática me dijo que volviera a la tarde que estaría la chica de las reservas, en fin que se quiso desentender de nosotros, suerte que a la tarde había un chico de lo mas amable, me atendió super bien y me enseño varias habitaciones para que escogiese la que mas me gustaba. Gracias a el estuvimos mejor. No puedo decir que fuese una gran habitación pero estaba bastante mejor (colchones malísimos, te clavas los muelles). No entiendo tampoco que le llamen apartahotel y no haya servicio de habitaciones. La comida bastante por no decir muy mala y el desayuno pobre no, lo siguiente. En fin un sitio al que seguro que no volveremos. Lo único bueno que esta al lado de la playa.

No me gusta mucho ya que 1. El menú de comida es muy básico con cuatro cosas y ya. 2. La ducha tiene solo agua fría. 3.en la piscina hay muchísimas normas y la mayoría tontas como no se puede saltar a la piscina, por lo menos a mí me lo dijeron

Super hotel. Personnel admirable sans oublie sophie personnel de reception vraiment plus que super sympa. Je vous.conseille d y aller faire un tour vous.saurez pas déçu de plus une superbe piscine propre. Merci à toute l equipe de l hôtel.

Conjunt d'apartaments a Vilafortuny entre Cambrils i Salou. Els apartaments son correctes, sense luxes. Tenen aire acondicionat. La senyal de wifi als apartaments que donen a la zona de la platja no arriba. Hi ha piscina amb socorrista que es ideal per a nens i gent gran ja que hi ha varies zones on no cobreix i rampa per entrar a l'aigua. L'horari de piscina es limitat fins les 19: 00h. El personal es amable.

El trato de la recepcionista muy malo falta de educació y falta de ganas, malas palabras, suplemento injustificado, al entrar en el apartamento tuvo que venir mantenimiento porque no estaba apunto

We arrived at the apartments and checked in easily. We were allocated to Block 3 room 306. The block is in the main complex that surrounds the pool area while blocks 5 and 6 are across the road with rooms either facing the road or the beach. Blocks 1 and 2 have apartments either facing the pool, over the restaurant or, if you're unlucky, facing the noisy train line.
Our room was clean and very spacious with our balcony that over looked the pool. We were on the top floor so it was a good location for us. The room had air conditioning which was quite noisy but it was a consistent white noise. The first night was ok but I felt that the bed was uncomfortable, my partner was ok with the bed. During the night it was slightly noisy due to people coming in late but it quietens down by around 1 am. The windows are not double glazed which is worth knowing for those light sleepers.
Now here's the unbelievable circus show witnessed by some of us while we were there. By 10: 00 hotel guests would start to queue outside the pool area as it was locked during the night (probably to prevent those who like to towel hoard). As soon as the doors were unlocked at 10: 30, those people (loaded with bags of towels) almost sprinted inside to claim the loungers. By 10: 35 every lounger was claimed by a towel that would belong to a guest who sometimes wouldn't show up for hours. I would watch from my balcony as some unsuspecting newly arrived guests would enter the pool area searching for a lounger but to no avail. It really was a spectacle to witness but again is worth knowing. Pool times for us were good. The water isn't very deep and on one day that we we were they they brought out large inflatables for the guest to climb on to which was great fun.
There is a supermarket outside of the complex and bus stops that lead to Salou, Cambrils etc. On one night we went to Portaventura Theme Park. We brought late tickets for 7pm as they were half the price. At midnight we arrived at the apartment to find that our key cards did not work and the reception was closed! We spent 15 minutes trying to find the on-sight caretaker to open our door. He told us that the mobile phones will stop the cards from working - this information should have been given to us at check in. All in all our stay was good for us.

Great pool & childrens pool always got a sunbed. The room is ok but the wardrobe bar kept falling down with our clothes on, the shower runs cold after 2 showers towels changed every 3 days and bedding once a week. Food okibut just warm and not much choice4 service ok but not very friendly, no entertainment only karaoke twice a week and no entertainment in the surroundings pubs either. Enjoyed our stay but wouldn't return.

Séjour d une semaine en famille. Hôtel en bord de mer très bien placé. L équipement de l appartement 4 personnes est sommaire mais fonctionnel.
Les services à proximité sont appréciables. Je recommande.

Not as good as the pictures might suggest.
Our 1 bed apartment was in block 6 (apartment 115) directly above the Rugby tavern on the beach side of the road.
The balcony overlooked the Mucky duck bar.
The bedroom was small and pokey with no aircon and a window that opened onto the communal stairs so was not able to leave open at anytime.
The rest of the apartment was old and in need of a complete refurb.
The food was hit and miss, some days a good choice and others not so good, however, all the food at all 3 sittings everyday was never hot.
There is a lovely pool area but like the rest of the establishment it has its down sides.
The pool area is segregated from the apartments by a 5' tall glass screens (not shown in any of the pictures) and this means they keep the pool area closed until 10am, so if you want an early dip you can't. There is the usual reserving of sun beds that has become the norm right across Europe and beyond.
Every morning at about 9: 30 people would start to que by the doors to the pool area to get in and reserve thier favorate sunbed for their towels. Most mornings the beds would remain empty of people until well after 12: 00.
Lastly, take earplugs.there is a young person employed by the complex to entertain the kids in the kids club, however she thinks this is best done by placing a loud speaker at the other end of the pool from the kids club room and then playing music (!) so loud that it drowns out normal conversation with the person on the sunbed next to you.
As the for area outside of the complex, there is very little to do other than visit the 3 Irish themed pubs directly outside or visit the 1 or 2 restaurants.

Apartamento de dos habitaciones con 4 camas y sofá cama, fuimos 6 personas y uno tuvo que dormir en el sofa. Las camas eran cómodas, pero solo había un baño para los 6. El agua caliente no duraba nada porque el termo, que estaba metido dentro del armario de una habitación es muy pequeño. El apartamento en sí es normalito, con una tele enana. El baño esta muy viejo y la puerta no tiene pestillo. La ubicación es buena, está muy cerca de la playa, algo a tener en cuenta si vas en temporada alta. Nos cobraron una tasa turística, no nos explicaron el porque. Y eso es algo que no se mencionaba cuando se hizo la reserva. No tienen comedor ni cafetería ni dan desayunos. La piscina es grande, pero como fuimos en invierno lógicamente estaba cerrada. Resumiendo apartamentos baratos donde ir a dormir sin pretender tener nada similar a un hotel.
