Radisson Blu 1882 Hotel, Barcelona Sagrada Familia

Trato pésimo, entre para entregar una pizza y me trataron como si fuera un maldito pobre sin derechos. No sé si sus trabajadores se sienten mejor por trabajar ahí, pero no es para tratar de inferiores a los repartidores que hacemos nuestro trabajo.

Lamentable el trato de una trabajadora a otro trabajador. No se puede ser sobervio con alguien que esta haciendo su trabajo como puede y más, tratándose de alguien que trabaja cara al público.
Una lástima porque el hotel puede que esté bien, pero el trato humano es lo primero.

Mis amigos en el hotel de Sagrada Familia, que una trabaja EXTRODINARIA! Este es un excelente lugar para ir, con vistas brillantes, excelentes salones, UNA PISCINA BRILLANTE: Me encanta. Nunca la había visto y pensé que era propiedad de un multimillonario. Un GIMNASIO INCREÍBLE que ahora he perdido varios.kilos de peso gracias a ello: ¡¡Y UN SABOR SENSACIONAL DE COMIDA! La comida en el bar de abajo.un poco cara pero sabe bien: Y la entrada. Dios mío. Es increíble. Se siente como el paraíso. ¡¡Por favor revisa este lugar!

Ofrecen un bocadillo por 6€. Pero no pueden hacer un simple sándwich sin carne. También querían agregar un cargo por servicio porque quería llevar mi comida a mi habitación personalmente. Nunca antes había experimentado eso.

Un lugar conveniente, céntrico, excelente servicio. El rooftop tiene una vista exquisita de la Sagrada Familia

Average hotel, cleaning is below average, didn’t supply new shower caps, rope everyday. The side close to the main road is very noisy. Doesn’t worth the price. I am super confused by the hand wash bottle, so difficult to press and spreading everywhere. Do not understand why it is such a bad quality. The gym facilities is also very old which needs to be improved.

Perfect location! 10 minute walk to Sagrada de Familia which was the main reason for choosing this hotel and it didn't disappoint.

Another outstanding stay at a Radisson. I try to stay at this chain wherever I go. This stY was amazing. The location is absolutely the biggest seller - a stone throw from the biggest tourist visitation in Barcelo a - La Sagrada Familia. The room was absolutely great, and the buffet breakfast is always a perfect way to start a day. My wife and I had an amazing stay and wanted to send a special thank you to the manager for the hand delivered treat and hand written card to welcome us. It was really a top-notch way to show their high quality of customer appreciation. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Très bel hôtel bien placé proche de la Sagrada Familia.
Du 7eme étage, nous avons vu sur toute la ville et notamment la Sagrada.
L'hôtel comprend une piscine et une salle de sport!

Hotel magnifique. Propreté, calme, service, accueil tout est parfait.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et avec de bons produits de qualité.
Et que dire de la piscine et solarium avec vue sur les tours de la Sagrada Familia! Établissement exceptionnel +

Toujours un plaisir de revenu à cette adresse, bien situé et chambre de qualité, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très très bien achalandé.

Kind of hit and miss.

The location is very good, you can see Sagrada from the Rooftop. Breakfast was awesome. And the outside terrace in the restaurant is absolutely spectacular.

Rooms are small, as basically everywhere in Barcelona. The service was a bit confusing. Upon checkout we were given someone else's bill, which we realized only once we were on the train. I had to call to settle our bill and that was a stressful experience. Could be more attentive, never had this happen before.

A nice hotel conveniently located near La Sagrada Familia with many restaurants nearby. The room is big and comfortable too.

A great hotel in a great location, we have been coming here regularly for x years. The last visit was so cold from the moment we arrived at the reception and the overall impression was after the change that took place as part of the transformation and the name of the hotel was changed.

I recommend some discounts or just a good word for loyal guests️

You can't go wrong with this hotel. Looks and feels like it was recently refurbished. Rooms are clean and modern. Comfy beds and friendly helpful staff. Location is 7 stars

Hotel service are sucks, I request wine opener from the reception counter, the officer say they no provide wine opener for customer, and he ask me request for the bar, and told me I need to bring my own wine from my room to the bar and they open for me, then my self hv to bring it up to my room. This is totally unprofessional service for this 4 star hotel, even wine opener also cannot provide for the customer, i my self hv to ask borrow from the Bar restaurant.very bad, I still hv 3 more night to stay, and I request complimentary bottle water when during my 2nd night stay, they told me only serve on first night stay, room price Euro135 per night that hotel service they give to customer. Very unhappy with ur hotel service, will NOT Come back again.
