Fast attentive service. Good selection of beers including a few artanasals, IPAs. Had 2 orders of the nachos for a group of 7. The cheese on it seemed to be "not" cheese, not sure what it was, which made for a sloppy gooey dish, otherwise tasted ok.

Locale messicano molto accogliente! I proprietari sono super simpatici, il cibo è buono, le birre artigianali ottime e i cocktail variano dai più classici a quelli con sapori messicani. Veramente consigliato!

Me hablaron muy bien de este sitio, pero me dejo un mal sabor, los nachos no eran de otro mundo y los tacos peor aún los dejé casi intactos, no volveré.

Volvi a este sitio hace poco y ha cambiado mucho. Antes iba mucho y volvi despues de un tiempo. Han subido los precios y la comida es mas escasa y menos rica. Antes tenian los mejores nachos de Barcelona! Pues ya no

Una ESTAFA. Mal servicio, mala comida, pésima atención, ni servilletas en ninguna mesa para limpiarse.calor insoportable con aire acondicionado apagado. Los peores nachos que comí en mi vida, sin casi guacamole y un par de frijoles sin ningun gusto a nada.a la salida me cobran 9 euros por los nachos.le pregunte que si estaba bien ese valor.vino otro mesero y dijo que si que valía 9 euros.por no armar un escandalo me fuí ya que les vi muy groseros engreidos y plan pandilleros.hasta hubo un chico que entro directamente al baño y le miraron todos de muy malas formas y al salir le dijeron 4 cosas para que pidiera. Hoy resulta que se descubren.nos dicen que ningun plato vale 9 euros.tenemos las capturas e iremos con la policia a denunciar esa estafa y pediremos la hoja de reclamaciones.que espero que ya la tengan por que he leido que no la dan.cosa que no se si sera legal.ojala nadie vaya ya que son los tipos mas groseros que vi en mi vida.no vayan ya que pueden salir estafados y lo peor.tener que aguantar a esa gente grosera.los peores camareros que vi en mi vida.bueno.perdon a los camareros.pq ni lo deben de ser.

Good food spoiled by bad service. We wasted 10 minutes arguing with the staff because they refuse to split the bill. Sure some restaurants don't like it but why waste time arguing with paying customers.
Won't go again.

OUTSTANDING Mexican food. The atmosphere of this little place is amazing! The food and service and overall quality is simply the best The attention to detail makes it all the better. We came here on a tip from a friend who lives in the neighborhood and we were not disappointed. THE BEST!

Peor experiencia en mi vida; NO VAYAN JAMÁS.llevo 13 años en la Ciudad y nunca he sito tan mal tratado y atendido como en ese sitio, camareros déspotas, groseros y mal educados, desde que pedimos la carta la actitud fue extremadamente grosera como si les molestara atendernos, éramos 4 amigos y si pedíamos algo respondían molestos los 2 camareros. Cuando pedimos la cuenta y queríamos pagar con 2 tarjetas no querían hacerlo al grado que nos llegaron q decir que no les importaba (cuando somos sus clientes y solo queríamos pagarles) pedimos hojas de reclamación y no la dieron diciendo que ellos no tenían cuando por ley es obligatorio. Es la primera ocasión que pongo reseña e algún sitio pero sin duda este gana a la peor atención y ojalá reacción que gracias a la gente q vamos a comer ahí ellos sobreviven. No vayan jamás no den crédito a sitios déspotas, groseros y mal educados.

No tenían nada de lo que pone en la carta, calor infernal, nos cobraron 9€ por unos nachos que casi no tenían guacamole ni nada, en un plato sin cubiertos ni servilletas ni nada. No volveré

Attentive quick service, even when it gets busy. Popular with locals and regular customers. Which is always a great sign.

Food is good, small portions. From the minute we walked in the staff were rude effective but no patience, when we went to.pay it's difficult as 2 wanted to.pay on card the other 2 cash. They were so difficult and not all helpful. Due to the staffs attitude we asked for a complaint form, the said we don't have. Eventually we got one. 5 pages long and wanted to take away to do. Honestly I would never go back. You don't expect great service in Barcelona, it's just that wsy
These waiters were just plain rude and obviously didn't want to be there. I do not recommend this place.

I used to love this place, I was a current customer. The bartenders and waiters even knew me and my friends, then a couple of months ago we went for some drinks, and one of our friends left early and paid for her drink at the bar. Se when the rest of us went to pay for the check, the waiter (he was new) wanted to charge us the full amount and we explained the situation, he didn’t want to believe us and then the bartender came and said we were right and that one drink was already paid for. We thought it was just a bitter moment but the next time we went back, something similar happened. We asked for a mojito and was never delivered to the table, then we asked for it again and they charged us double drinks at the end. We explained it to the waiter again, and he and the bartender who had defended us the previous time started screaming at us saying we never want to pay anything. He said “you should know exactly what you need to pay thats no my job (ironic because it was his job?) and I tried explaining that one of the drinks was never delivered and he literally didn’t let me talk, he was screaming over me saying: there’s always something wrong with your tab (this is the same bartender that had agreed with us the previous time). And it goes without saying that the whole restaurant was hearing him screaming.
It was a truly ugly experience considering we always go to this place and spend a lot of money in it and we have even recommended it to all of our friends a bunch of times.
Never coming back, they don’t know how to treat customers and even worse, old customers who always go there to have a nice time.

Don’t go to Redrum, or at least change the waiter and bartender because they are clearly not fit to be in front office.

PS: the bartender is brunette, tan with a moustache and the other waiter is caucasian. Just fire them they are making you lose customers.
