Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel

Muy bien situado (autobús y metro cerca del hotel).
Habitaciones amplias y muy modernas. Muy bonito hotel nuevo (2013) con una magnífica piscina en la azotea y un desayuno muy variado.

Situado en la fira, a 30min del centro, bonito y acogedor hotel moderno. Tienes meteo y autobús muy cerca por lo que viajar es fácil. Echa un vistazo a la ventana (no puedes abrirla). Tuve un almuerzo genial aquí.

Llegué después de recibir un mensaje en la aplicación que me decía que podía registrarme. Cuando llegué, me dijeron que sus sistemas no funcionaban y que no podían registrarme.

Les pregunté si podían llamarme cuando sus sistemas estuvieran funcionando. La respuesta es no, no podemos llamar a los clientes.

Pregunté si me envían un mensaje en la aplicación. La respuesta es no. Aparentemente tengo que llamarlos o enviarles mensajes de vez en cuando para ver si sus sistemas están funcionando.

¿Qué es esto?

Supongo que sus habitaciones son nuevas y, por lo tanto, a las personas que se quedaron les agradaron, pero cuando las cosas van mal, no muestran ninguna ayuda y aparentemente las cosas salen mal.

Este hotel es maravilloso! Está un poco alejado del área con mayor interés turístico, pero vale la pena. Esta cerca de el metro lo que lo hace conveniente. Las habitaciones tienen un tema peculiar, ya que son o blancas o negras. En mi preferencia, las habitaciones con paleta cromática blanca está mejor. Las habitaciones negras tienen un diseño interesante. La terraza del hotel tiene una vista increíble de Barcelona. El servicio de desayuno es increíble y basto. Es el mejor buffet al que he venido.

¡Ojalá pudiera dar más de 5 estrellas! Excelente ubicación, el diseño del hotel es espectacular con un concepto muy creativo. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia. Las camas son cómodas y el personal es increíble, gente muy amable y profesional. El desayuno también era genial. ¡Gracias por una estancia tan maravillosa!

Deberían vigilar un poco los clientes que piden taxi, que se suban en el que han pedido o sino cancelarlo, para no hacer desplazarse al taxista de emisora hasta allí

¡Absolutamente hermoso! Las habitaciones son muy modernas. Estoy de vacaciones, así que lo único que desearía sería más donde están sucediendo las cosas. Está a unos 20 minutos del centro. Este se encuentra en el distrito de negocios.

Very beautiful place to chill. Fresh breakfasts and great views. Only one disadvantage - I was embarrassed by the transparent shower

De agrair que tinguin al pàrquing espai per la càrrega dels vehicles elèctrics.

Un tanto lejos del centro de Barcelona, si es eso lo que buscas, pero por lo demás las instalaciones son muy buenas.
Son muchos pisos, pero los ascensores panorámicos te llevan a velocidad de vértigo a cualquier piso.
El restaurante principal está en uno de los intermedios.

El menu de 35e muy bueno, y puedes hacer los cafes en la terraza de la piscina con vistas a toda Barcelona

Hemos estado comiendo en el restaurante del hotel, calidad y precio del menú muy bien, el personal muy atento y profesional.
También hemos visitado la terraza del hotel tomando un café, y muy bien tambien, volveremos al hotel.

The restaurant is terrible! We were put there by the airline as our flight was canceled, they knew there was a big group coming and you'd think they have their game face all the time as the reputation would dictate.

The staff had no idea about food, table numbers (overheard staff using distinguishing features of diners to run food), and even ran wrong dishes to wrong tables almost every time, at one point asking the diner if the dish looked like the dish they ordered.

One member of staff just standing around looking at the ceiling instead of laying tables to accommodate the rush, took an order and just went back to polishing glasses. What?

Food looked lovely but the duck and the beef were both dry and chewy. And it took almost 3 different waiters to get a G&T and they didn't know the gin I requested, even after pointing it out 2 times.

We were presented the bill before we even had dessert and were not offered coffee or anything else. Basically pushed out of the door. For a hotel of such high esteem this is a very serious issue to address as it isn't cheap to stay or eat there. Massively disappointed.

El personal de recepción un 10 y la terraza de la 27 no tanto, pequeña y el servicio no esta motivado ni va en busca de la excelencia desde luego, las vistas para ser donde son dejan mucho que desear

So if you believe you are staying in Barcelona here you are sadly mistaken. This hotel is in the business district and there is nothing outside the hotel, no convenience of a nice local bar or restaurant or historical sites. I think you have an Ikea!
The pool photos look amazing, but when we checked this out it was packed. With nothing else to do in the neighborhood, you will be sharing this will all the other residents.
Barcelona itself is absolutely amazing. So much history, culture, energy, great local bars and restaurants. You absolutely have to experience it.
Checked the trip to downtown and it is a 20 minute taxi ride, or a couple of different metro trains, so pack for the day as you will not have the convenience of popping back for a quick break!

As a Marriot Ambassador, I expected a lot better than finding dirty underwear on the terrace outside which really shows how much they really clean. The jacuzzi was full of dirt, leaves, and mulch and was told no one would clean it until the next day. I cancelled a bottle of wine being delivered to the room since over an hour passed by with nothing. This is far from a 4 star resort, I'd bet a motel pool would be cleaner than our jacuzzi.

Hôtel ultra moderne mais qui ne sacrifie pas l'expérience client sur l'autel du design.
Chambres très spacieuses, design épuré.
A partir du 16ème étage les chambres donnent sur des plateformes ouvertes sur l'extérieur.

Petit-déjeuner buffet offrant un choix pléthorique de mets délicieux.

By far the worse Marriott brand hotel I've ever stayed at. The 26th floor pool is fairly small, dirty and poorly serviced. I went up with my own towels and bath robe, after entering the pool for 5 minutes, I no longer had a robe to return to my room. Other guests in the pool just take whatever towels/robes they see because they don't bring their own and the pool doesn't provide any towels/robes. On top of this, the hotel room has some ridiculous cutout of a palm tree covering the window without any practical use, all I can say is poor design. The last day of my honeymoon was ruined by this hotel.
