Unfortunately, I don't recommend it!

Only one star for a dishonest approach - not a word about additional charges for random events (e.g. Flat tire = 10 euro etc.). I found out about the hidden very expensive price list for faults when I asked for a pump and a spare inner tube - which of course I didn't get (which is standard at other European rental companies). And it was after paying for the bikes (no refunds, sorry).

The advantages of the rental shop - long opening hours and good basic prices (as long as you don't run into hidden costs).

Bikes in poor technical condition (rust on the cables - and if it breaks, you will pay an additional 10 euros), the employee could not adjust the brake on the MTB - it made matters even worse. In addition, he was rude and made us wait for our bikes outside the store.

Bon vélo. Dommage qu’on demande 1 euros en plus pour un support smartphone. Le support smartphone était de bas de Gamme, un bout de caoutchouc qui ne tient même pas au guidon. Malheureusement nous nous sommes fait voler le support à côté de la plage. Résultat 10 euros facturés pour un support qui coûte 1euro sur internet. Je ne recommande pas

Bikes ads quite old and basic. Happy with this at a price of 10euro for a day. My key to my lock however fell apart when I first used it. Brought it back the shop and was met with a completely unreasonable response.

The women at the desk said that ‘I had clearly broken it’ and must pay for it and was not in anyway accepting that it could have been faulty or old. Charged me 20 Euro. Bad customer service. Old equipment. Might have to pay far more than planned.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. My friend was given a key and lock and after one use the key broke in the lock!
The equipment is clearly very old and not only that but she was charged €20 for the lock breaking.

The staff member who told us about this fine was very unhelpful, rude and aggressive. We were shocked!

Overall, a very bad experience, would recommend renting from somewhere else.

Unfair treatment. The staff failed to inform us that there is an extra charge for returning our bikes to another shops and the other shops also not able to return the deposit to us. Which left us with no choice but to return the bikes to the original place. This upset our whole plan and the shop was closed upon our return. Not under our original plan and we have to keep the bikes overnight and return to the shop right at its open hour. As expected, we were demanded for additional cost for "keeping the bikes overnight". As our rental got a promotion of 10% discount, it is reasonable to expect the discount should apply to the additional cost. Saddly, the unreasonable staff refused to return the deposit to us unless we paid in full without any discount. The cost in money term is not a big deal but the attitude and dishonesty are the main crux. Totally disappointed for the irresponsible and unreliable staff. Not recommended this shop to any person. If you insist to choose them, don't trust their words and beware of their intentions behind the smiling face.

Alquilamos 2 bicis por 8€ todo el día.

Las bicis más baratas son tipo holandesa, no están nuevas pero funcionan muy bien.

Llegamos 5 minutos después de la hora de cerrar pero avisamos antes y la chica nos esperó aunque tenía prisa por llegar a coger un tren. Fueron muy amables y atentos.

We were able to store our luggage here for a day since our Airbnb checkout was at noon and our flight left at 9 pm. It is relatively close to urgell station and the price was great.

Very good idea and also well worth the €. Bag is secure in a locker that only myself and the owner had the pin to. And bikes are in good shape for everyday needs.

Friendly staff and good service. I had a great time riding around the city for the day. Be sure to bring your passport for deposit.
