Restaurant Zed, Barcelona

Really good experience. Cute and cozy restaurant in the centre of Barcelona. Nice decoration and ambience, with plenty of cute details.
The staff was kind and efficient. There was a mistake (we ordered craft beer and got draft beer) and they changed it immediately.
Food was truly amazing. We ordered tapas, main dish and dessert. We really loved blue cheese and onion, duck, but a little bit less humus and chicken. Salmon was incredible, salad pretty nice.
We tried the Chocolat cake, which was the best chocolate cake we ever tried. I totally approve the ganache with salt, very interesting Spanish dessert.

Exceptional! I was in Barcelona for the weekend and was starving after exploring the Sagrada Familia for three hours. I was looking for somewhere to eat, aware of how difficult it would be to find a good restaurant in such a touristic area. It was a 5 minute walk away so I was hopeful that it was far enough out of the way to not be a tourist trap! And I was so impressed. The food was beautiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. I had the pumpkin soup which was nice and velvety; a sort of ceviche-tart concoction with perch and avocado and a mango sauce, and a lovely marscapone dessert with caramelized pistachios. I was in food heaven, folks. Don't miss this one if you're near the Sagrada!

Servicio excelente, comida muy elaborada y ecologica, no utilizan congelador ni microondas, vinos ecologicos, postres riquisimos, el couland hay que pedirlo 10min antes porque lo hacen en el momento. Todo riquísimo. Precios mas que asequibles.

Went two nites in a row as the food was so good we had to bring our sons. Pork rib let’s and beef tataki were the main dish favorites. However the chocolate deserts were fabulous. Dinner for four with cheese plate, olives, bread with tomatoes, main dishes and with two bottles of wine, desert for 85 euro.

Cozy, vintage, soul place with english speaking staff that is very friendly and attentive. Food is amazing and it's really cheap.

Reservamos mesa y el plato del día y cuando llegamos no había. Mala coordinación, nos fuimos. Una pena, pq la comida es buenísima.

Plats delicieux surtout en entree tartine de magret de canard, pour le plat principal, les 2 preferes sont tartare de boeuf et mention tres bien pour le tataki de boeuf avec une puree de citrouille.pour 4 on a eu pour 86€ avec boisson et entree + plat. Merci pour ce delicieux moment

Ristorante importante. Personale attento, preparato, disponibile nei consigli e delicato nel proporre. Abbiamo conosciuto Andrea, un cameriere italiano. Riesce a presentarsi in punta di piedi e sa consigliare. Ottimi le ali di pollo, tataki con un purè di patate particolare e poi altre pietanze gustate sotto consiglio di Andrea. Uno staff unico e un locale dove si respira a impatto aria calda di casa tua. Non ho parole per descrivere le sensazioni e i gusti assaporati. Posso solo dirvi che se siete a Barcellona e cercate di mangiare qualcosa di tipico e buono andate da "Restaurant Zed". Lo consiglio VIVAMENTE

Partendo dal servizio che è stato impeccabile, soprattutto il ragazzo italiano che ci ha consigliato i piatti.
Location unica nel suo genere, bellissima soprattutto a chi ricerca locali particolari.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo nulla da ridire. Nelle tapas ci siamo imbattuti in ali di pollo calamellate all'arancio che erano qualcosa di spaziale, poi tortillas stra buona (con del pollo dentro) e infine una tataki che impossibile non innamorarsene.
Infine i due dolci (mascarpone e un dolce di cioccolato con olio e sale e cialde che consiglio vivamente).
Il tutto a una ventina di euro a testa!

Cosy atmosphere and exceptional quality of food. English is usually not a problem. No Coke-similar beverages although there are plenty of options

En étant à la recherche d'un resto de tapas autour de la sagrada familia, je suis tombé sur ce super lieu. Très cosy et agréable.
Plats typiques et de bonne qualité.
Petite remarque qui m'a frappé en arrivant: la carte n'est pas affiché en extérieur.
Sinon tout le reste était une réussite à mes yeux.

Fantastic place to eat and get relaxed. Me with my family ordered some dishes under the tapas menu and every single dish was absolutely delicious. Drinks were good too and on top of this, service was quite fast!
