4Wish I could give them 10 stars! The staff were very professional, kind and patient. I bought 2 bags - an LV Lilac Reverie and another black LV. They didn’t take Amex (which is perfectly understandable) and had some issues with my Mastercard as I set a credit card limit. I called my bank and as the online change would take some time to effect I went to do some sightseeing and got distracted. Rushed back and she stayed beyond closing time for me and for the transactions to go through. She was kind, helpful and not judgemental. I highly recommend this shop for their bags (Loewe, Celine, Hermes etc.) and services. Thank you so much for making my trip so special and I can’t wait to be back!:)
