Rocacorba Cycling, Girona

Awesome cycling base in Catalonia, catering to everything a cyclist would ever need, workshop, quality hire bikes, great guides and a stunning area with bike friendly drivers. The staff are great and attentive and am already looking forward to the trip next year.

We rented great bikes and became fantastic routes from the guys from Rocacorba Cycling. Fantastic place to stay with very very kind people to deal with. Lovely stay!

A little slice of heaven outside Banyoles. You have everything you could want: beautiful scenery, rustic accommodation with great decor and all the amenities and facilities you could ever need. As a cyclist, there is nothing more you could ask for either – storage, workshop, cleaning facilities, not to mention an abundance of amazing rides on the doorstep.

The staff were also fantastic. Catered for all my needs, were really friendly and considerate, and always on hand to help out (e.g. Fixing a flat on my bike). Just superb, can't praise them enough.

And of course Reggie and Luna, the dogs, were a real joy to play with in the mornings and after a long ride.

I will be back without a doubt and can't recommend enough.

We had an absolutely brilliant time here. Everything was perfect and obviously they put a lot of thought behind how we could enjoy every second of our stay. Top class service and top class experience.

The opportunity to ride the roads and climbs around Girona with a world-class pro cyclist? Yes please. Ashleigh, Carl, Johan and Sandy know the area backwards, they are the most wonderful hosts and share their 17th century Catalan estate with their guests as if they are part of the family.

Everything I could possibly think I might need was taken care of with the highest attention to detail and care – from your bicycle and bicycle maintenance to an awesome feed at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ashleigh and Carl might even have introduced me to the world's finest pizzeria.

Rocacorba cycling is set in such a stunning location and pictures simply do not do it justice! There are no shortage of views and lodging accommodations were comfortable with updated bathrooms. Johan and team were amazing hosts and Mila the dog made everyone feel at home. I hope to come back soon!

I enjoyed my time at Rocacroba Cycling very much. Johan and the team definitely know what hospitality is. The location is beautiful and the history behind it is just incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. All newly renovated! Make sure you wake up early one day when you stay there and watch the beautiful sunrise. You don't want to miss out on that!

A beautiful setting with fascinating buildings, surrounded by perfect cycling roads. The new facilities were excellent, the hosts generous and interesting. I'm planning to return some day!
