Great service! Unfortunately we missed our flight so the company arranged a car to pick us up the following day and waited even with delays. Communication was great and they were very patient.

If there would be a zero star that would be it. Absolute disgrace. I booked return travel with them on the first leg they been half an hour late and arrived only after I calked to ask where are they but the main problem occured on the way back - they didn't turn up at all. I called them on both given numbers (of which one supposed to be emergency line open 24/7) more than 10 times - no answer, I send them few messeges asking what is going on - zero answer. We ended taking taxi and paying almost 200 euro on top of what we paid him. I sent another 5 messeges later asking for refund of at least 50% and guess what - zero answer. Regardless of what will be the reply (if any) to this review I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this joke not a transfer company. I don't need to add how stressful was the whole experience.

Très déçue pour le moment de mon aller aéroport Gerone/Barcelone. Nous avons réservé un transfert pour 4 personnes. Nous étions donc 3 à l'arrière et extrêmement serrés pour faire 90km. Il est noté sur leur site internet que de l'eau est mis à disposition dans le véhicule. Nous n'avons rien eu. Quand je vois le prix que j'ai payé par rapport à la prestation c'est abusé. Suis très mécontente. J'attends le retour pour voir et conclure définitivement mon avis.
