Cafetería Ruma's Coffee opiniones
16Muy buen café "The Darn*. Recepción amable, productos de calidad y lugar agradable. Idioma español e inglés sin preocupaciones.
This is one of the best specialty coffee places I have been across the world. Excellent machine + excellent barista + excellent Brazil bourbon flavor natural bean filter coffee + atmosphere! Top
Esta cafetería es una locura, el café de especialidad es realmente increíble.
Los profesionales que atienden esta cafetería, saben muy bien lo que hacen
I had a cappuccino and a brownie with cheesecake. Super well crafted and delicious! Highly recommended. Go for it!
Nice people, great latte. I also appreciated them understanding my Spanish was limited when I ordered and switched to English without my prompting. Espresso was smooth and the lemon pound cake was flavorful. Recommended.
Excelente café, sin duda el mejor de la zona.
Muy buena atención.
Lugar acogedor
Fantástico lugar donde degustar un buen café bien preparado. Y sobre todo destacar la atención de Daria.
Thank you very much! Your coffee is the best! I really liked this place. Service at the highest level! I am your customer forever.
Speciality coffee by a friendly barista, comfortable and great prices. Will be back
Thank you
Got an espresso with the Brazilian blend and it was really good: round, fruity, not over roasted. Will repeat when I get back to Barça!
One of the best coffees I’ve had! Went here every morning of my stay in Barcelona and enjoyed every time! Try the mocha!
Great coffee, high quality beans from Berlin, honey cakes and brownie cheesecakes ️ The barista is super professional, he knows how to make the best coffee ;)
Amazing coffeeshop I think they use a coffee rosted in Berlin taste pretty good light and perfect roast according to my taste
Muchas gracias, todo estuvo riquísimo. Café excelente! Al igual que la atención por parte de baristas amables, educados y muy agradables. Gratamente sorprendida volveremos sin duda!
Very cool and tasty coffee! Thank you for the most delicious Ice Latte! He is the best you have! Thank you for your attentive service! Well done girls!
Tldr: it's an Instagram place, for people who wants to post photos of their art lattes and mocha on the nearby Rambles. For better and locally roasted coffee, try Nomad coffee, Hidden Coffee, Syra or others.
I'll judge only the espresso, as it is what I ordered. It was terrible: very watery, the brew ratio was definitely much more than 2: 1 or even 3: 1, under extracted, acidic (which a low altitude Brazilian coffee is not supposed to be), no crema whatsoever. Made with a La Marzocco, but I get so much better out of my slightly modded basic Delonghi consumer machine.
On the plus side, it was cheap (2€ for a double espresso). But I prefer to pay more for a good coffee.
Regarding the service: when I order the espresso, I asked what beans were available. The waitress was surprised I asked if there was choice. It's supposed to be a specialty coffee place, it's strange to be surprised that the customer wants to know which beans you'll use to make his drink.
Also one waitress didn't speak Spanish, at some point the barista intervened but also spoke English to me although I was addressing them in Spanish. I thought nobody spoke Spanish but then a delivery guy delivered a package to the shop and the barista talked to him in a flawless Spanish. Really strange, I have no idea why they don't want to address their customers in the most common official language of the country they operate in.
Won't return.
