I hired a car to skydive with saltamos.the day before the jump they called me and stated that we couldnt jump. I asked why, and they said they just couldnt. They didnt attempt to explain, it wasnt because of the weather, extremely unprofessional on their behalf. I can understand if something is explained to me correctly, but when I hear "we just cant, its not our fault" without explanation, its extremely poor. They didnt attempt to compensate for the hiring of the car. We went to empuriabrava instead.
