Sansi Hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. They never fail to attend to our needs. Definitely top notch! It’s also great that it’s walking distance to IESE Business School.
The room is well-kept and had all the amenities I needed.

Bad experience. My friends and I were directed to this hotel after our flight was cancelled. We were quickly fascinated by the decor and nice atmosphere. Little did we know what awaited us the next day. We were literally treated like "dogs" at breakfast, where they made a division of the guests who came for the cancelled flight. Our "side" of breakfast was in the hotel lobby. An improvised setting so we didn't have access to the real breakfast with everything we were entitled to. Later, when we checked out, they realized the customers dissatisfaction and tried to buy us off with some bottled waters asking us to give the hotel 5 stars. A real shame and lack of professionalism. Not to mention the arrogance on the part of ALL the workers and the swarm of ants that appeared in our room. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for 1 week and had marvelous time here.
Hotel staff are very attentive. Sara, Oscar as well as Edwin are all very helpful during my stay.
Location also very convenient, if you are attending activieties at IESE Business School.
But on the other hand, the location is also very accessible by bus, Metro, if you want to commute to many tourist place in Barcelona

Excellent boutique hotel with exceptional service. It’s hard to find such a warm and helpful staff, willing to go the extra mile to provide an unparalleled experience. I felt at home. A rare gem among hotel services in Barcelona.
