Sant Jordi Hostels Rock Palace, Barcelona

This hostel, the staff, and the animations team are absolutely incredible. I traveled as part of a large college group (we booked out the whole hostel of 154 spaces and we had other members of the group staying in different neighbouring hostels). The hostel's facilities are amazing, it is so clean and the common area and rooftop are brilliant. The hostel was able to accommodate an open bar and group gatherings which was a real bonus for us.
The staff are such a lovely bunch of people, so helpful, professional and patient. The animations team are super, they orchestrated the open bar and took us to the designated clubs on both nights of our 2-night stay.
We can't thank everyone at Sant Jordi Rock Palace enough for such a memorable stay in Barcelona. We have had such overwhelmingly positive feedback from our group and we can't recommend this place highly enough!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo. Los lockers son grandes y mas camas muy comodas.
El espacio esta super en la decoración, realmente muy lindo.
A nivel limpieza, el baño no estaba muy limpio y tampoco el piso. La Señora de limpieza que arreglo el cuarto cuando estaba yo, entro quejándose, pateando las cosas del piso y arreglo todo de muy mala manera.
Ademas, las camas están muy juntas, por lo cual es incomodo a la hora de dormir tener a alguien tan cerca y no posee cortinas (entre el ruido y esten tan proximos a tu cama, era un poco incomodo)
Lindo lugar para quedarse pocas noches

Habitaciones super cómodas, la ambientación del hostel estilo rockero es increíble, el personal muy buena onda siempre queriendo ayudar (sobre todo los chicos del turno tarde y noche), siempre se genera unos lindos momentos a la noche cuando podes retirar instrumentos y charlar con gente en la planta de abajo

La ubicación del hostel es lo mejor. Todo súper cerca y accesible a pie.
Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, camas cómodas y lockers grandes.
El baño es grande y cómodo, está separado la parte de las duchas y el baño en sí.
En cuanto a limpieza, en mí opinión deja algo que desear. Por más de que sea un hostel uno espera recibir sábanas limpias y en mí caso no lo estaban (de hecho agarre otras y tampoco estaban tan limpias).
Volvería porque la ubicación me parece ideal.

Mi estancia en este hostal fue “interesante”. Por un lado resaltar la amabilidad y solvencia del personal, y por otro lado, el ambiente de los huéspedes. Gracias a la vida nocturna que Barcelona ofrece, en este hostal se alojan muchos visitantes que vienen a disfrutar de la noche en la ciudad condal. Puede que sólo tuviese mala suerte, pero en mi habitación la mayoría de los que dormían salieron de fiesta, por lo que llegaron tarde y uno de los chicos se pasó la noche vomitando en la habitación. De ahí mi puntuación.
Por lo demás, las instalaciones están super bien, sala de relax, habitación para trabajar con tu pc, azotea con piscina y todo en el centro del barrio de L’eixample.

Excellent service, and clean facilities. Staff is aways willing to help. The hostel goes out as a team everynight which is really cool for people who don't knowb the area. Martin Joan, Charlie a special thanks for being such great hosts and always keeping the party going. Over exceeded my expectations of Barcelona!

The staff are just the best! So friendly and helpful. They took us on a pub crawl our first night. The rooms are spotless and beds are comfy. The showers are great. Really cool rooms to hang out in. Tasty cheap meals too! Perfect location. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone.

This was my first time staying at a hostel and I will definitely be doing it againg. I spent two weeks here so I got to know everyone pretty well. Abi, Joan, Fer, Irene, Mark, Pablo, and Martin were all so friendly. I would recommend this spot to anyone

I stayed for a week and I had a pretty great first experience with hostels. I had a mixed 6 bed dorm. The place was Overall very clean, the shared bathrooms were always impecable. The staff was great and very helpful. The only bad thing was that i had some food stolen from the fridge, which was always crowded and it smelled bad. In spite of that I would absolutely recomend it.

The guys in the front desk both morning and night are so cool and down to earth. They are very informative and chill. They have a great rooftop lounge area. Like any other hostel you are going to run into a good or bad batch of people that you will share a room with. And they have hot water for showers, you have enough locker space for your big luggage. I do like how strict they are with who comes in and out of the hostel.

Excelente lugar, vale 100% la pena. La gente que trabaja ahí es muy copada y buena onda. Las habitaciones, los baños y la cocina son súper limpios. Además el locker es súper seguro! Lo
Único que no volvería a pagar es el desayuno, no se si valen la pena por el precio.

The vibes of the hostel are great, rooms clean, facilities awesome and the team were so helpful and enthusiastic. Special mention of Elisa, you can tell she loves her job by the energy she gave out. Would definitely stay here again!

I”m absolutely in love with Sant Jordi Hostels! I’ve now been to all four here in Barcelona and Rock Palace is by far my favorite. Not only for its great location but the security and it’s entire cleanliness all around. They also have comfortable beds, deep spacious lockers and free pub crawls. Breakfast was not impressive but the dinners are as delicious as they are sociable. I must mention Elisa at the reception desk truly made it feel like home as early as check in. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and as respectful as one can be. The saddest downfall here is checking out! I highly recommend this hostel. Rock Palace may be my favorite but you can find this sort of hospitality at any of there other 3 locations. Sant Jordi Hostels is more then just a hostel it’s an experience as they say. I not only agree to this message but I can’t wait to return! Thanks again for everything you guys rock! Xx

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Emplacement idéal! Personnel gentil et professionnel. Tout est propre. Bonne bouffe, petit déjeuner correct. Petite reproche, les chambres sont très froides par rapport aux couloirs, si l'établissement diminue un peu la climatisation, ça sera idéal!

El hostel es lindo, limpio y cómodo. A pesar de dar tener una buena apariencia hubieron detalles que hicieron que la experiencia no fuese buena.
La gente de limpieza apoyo un trapo sucio y húmedo sobre mi cama recién hecha por mi, me dieron sábanas nuevas que tuve que volver a cambiar.
Se llevaron mi toalla de microfibra (secado rápido) que había puesto a secar en los percheros de la habitación, confundiéndola con una de las del hostel, las cuales son de tela de toalla común y no como la mía, sin consultar ni hacerse cargo. Me dieron una hasta que estuvo lista la mía.
Dejaron mi plancha de pelo en un baño fuera de la habitación por algún motivo desconocido.
Todo en una misma tarde, al reclamar por estos incidentes me atendieron de muy mala gana, un chico rapado que siempre me atendió mal. Ni una disculpa por parte de nadie.
Se desactivó mi tarjeta de acceso varias veces.
La gente de la noche tardaba muchísimo en responder y abrir la puerta. Cada noche.
Las luces y ventilación centralizada son un rotundo NO. Deberían reveer esto, sobretodo la ventilación que en general no es suficiente.
