La seule bonne chose est l'emplacement. Les prestations de l'hôtel pour les prix pratiques laissent vraiment à désirer. Nous avons été très mal accueilli des la réception, plage, restaurant.
La chambre plus que modeste avec un nettoyage approximatif.
Pas à la hauteur des leur étoile.

The Costa Brava coastline is a winding paradise of craggy cliffs, lush vegetation, hidden coves of turquoise blue sea and golden beaches. As our six-week holiday exploring Spain was coming to a close, we stayed six nights at Santa Marta Hotel, a hidden gem beach resort near Lloret De Mar.
The hotel is located above the Santa Cristina Beach and the views from our superior double room that overlooked the sea were spectacular. Our room was beautifully appointed: modern, clean and spacious and the L'Occitane amenities and fresh flowers were lovely. It’s a bit of a steep walk to the beach, but on request, the hotel does provided rides up and down. The pool is beautiful but unheated and we enjoyed the spa with its warmer temperature. The staff are the face of the hotel, and they are one of the main reasons that people will keep coming back. A Grounds Staff member was expanding the sun lounger area with additional umbrellas and when he noticed the spa jets were not on as he passed by, with a big smile, he thoughtfully turned them on for us. Carmina at the Pool Bar and Nadia at the Patio Bar were warm, welcoming and attentive.
At the beginning of our stay, the resort was not at full capacity, but by the weekend it became much busier. Evening dining options were the Restaurant 58 or the Bar Santa Marta patio. Several of the senior managers wearing suits appeared stressed and tense which did not always make it easy for the rest of the staff that were doing their best to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious but for guests enjoying longer stays, a larger selection of menu choices or different “chef specials” offered each night, would all be appreciated additions. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the terrace each morning with the beautiful breakfast buffet.
Expressive décor and thoughtful service are the hallmarks of a good hotel, but the primary goal of a great hotel is providing guests with an unforgettable experience. We loved our stay at beautiful Santa Marta Hotel.

Excelente servicio, muy tranquilo, cala preciosa, buen spa y buena comida, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Sin duda trataremos de volver en cuanto podamos para una próxima escapada. Tienen servicio de transporte hasta la cala de la playa que está abajo, se agradece y el servicio es muy bueno, se come muy bien tanto en el restaurante de la playa con arroces espectaculares como en el restaurante de arriba por la noche, con una terracita y una magia que no os la podéis perder. Eso sí, todo valor tiene su precio. Muy recomendable.

Mala atención en el restaurante por la noche a pocos cañareis la comida carísima y la comida mala el arroz con mariscos súper fuerte fatal pagas un montón y esperas comida buena y de calidad no comida fatal

Dinar fantàstic en un entorn únic. Agrair a tot el equip pel tracte rebut. Un brindis per la professionalitat i el bon gust!

Lieu exceptionnel crique et pinede calme bon confort petit dejeuner super personnel gentil, plage propre et calme, jolie piscine avec beaucoup de place pour s allonger.tarif du snack hors de prix gazpacho 14 euro petite salade minucule a 20 euros environ dommage bon confort des chambres avec belle terrasse

Beautiful setting but not a 5 star hotel. Multiple mistakes with incorrect bills both at checkout and in the dinner restaurant. No one to provide towels down at the beach/pool area. Also no complimentary water for the duration of the stay is pretty terrible - especially since there's no supermarket nearby. Also not sure that's in accordance with Spanish law. Having to pay to use the sauna was a surprise also. The girl at reception was super nice and professional though.

Hôtel très bien situé. Isolé sur une propriété de plusieurs hectares face à la mer et sur une côte préservée de l'urbanisme.forêt de pins et plages magnifiques. Personnel et restaurant au top aussi!

Nous avons passés 4 nuits dans ce site incroyable, une vue merveilleuse! Les chambres sont spacieuses, une cuisine de haute qualité et le personnel très professionnel et fort sympathique! Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel-restaurant; Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Hôtel très bien situé, avec un accès à la plage direct, une piscine extérieure de bonnes dimensions, et des transats en nombre suffisant.
La chambre avec balcon et une vue mer qui vous permet de vous reposer et profiter de la luminosité, la chambre bien équipée,
La restauration en demi-pension parfait, des plats savoureux et copieux.
Pour le personnel que se soit la réception, le personnel de chambres, la restauration, le bar de la plage tous sans exception sont très professionnels, souriants, attentionnés.
Bravo à la direction et l’équipe dirigeante pour réussir à créer cet excellent niveau de services et un esprit de famille.

I loved this place. We stayed for a couple of days and the views are amazing. Everything clean and good service.

Para un 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear. El baño lleno de humedades, se rompió un grifo del baño, nunca se arregló. La penúltima noche dejó de funcionar el televisor y tampoco hubo forma de arreglarlo. Una noche pedimos un vasito de leche caliente para nuestro hijo y nos cobraron 8€. En nuestra primera cena allí 30€ por un plato de dos minúsculos lomitos de pescado frito, 14€ un plato de pasta infantil.y así podría seguir.no os lo recomiendo para nada.
