Sensi Bistro, Barcelona

The visit was a recommendation and it didn't disappoint at all small tasty dishes shared "family style". A lot of distinct combination of flavors. Definitely worth a visit.

My wife and I really enjoyed our dining experience at Sensi Bistro! The restaurant's location was in the heart of a historical area and the decor and ambiance were hip, fresh, and exciting! The food was excellent and the service was great. The kitchen was able to accommodate a lactose allergy without any issue. We really enjoyed the potato Bravo, tomato bread, Iberian ham, and sea bass ceviche. Yum! Wonderful experience. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed!

I can't wait to go back, my partner was very jealous.

Great food! We went with a group of 9, and so they advised the taste menu, so we got to taste a bit of everything. Warning: don't fill up on bread or you won't make it to the last course! It was delicious, a bit jam packed, but that just adds a very Barcelona Gothic Quarter tapas vibe to it. If I'm in Barcelona again someday, I am definitely going back!

Tapas excellentes! Le tartare est délicieux! Serveurs très sympathiques et chaleureux. Le seul point qui agace et qui ne donne pas envie de laisser de pourboire à la fin du repas (malheureusement) : le pain facturé 2 euros alors qu'on ne nous a jamais servis en pain!

This was recommended to us and I'm so pleased it was the restaurant it cosy the staff were helpful & friendly. The choice of menu was good the food was amazing big recommendation.

Tourist hell. All tourists - please go there! Helps us to preserve real places. Thank you. This overpriced place feeds you pseudo tapas in a non authentic way and rips you off by hiding the VAT tax. So, all prices are + 21% VAT (which you don´t see in the menu). The waiters are full of themselves and laugh at you. The owners basically print money because of this perfect sharade. A popular/trendy tourist Fast Food Tapas Bar. Diners and tables squeezed together (less than 300mm or 1foot apart) High level of mostly english conversation. Food tasted fine but overpriced. Noticeable pressure to finish up, pay and leave. Go to one of the less trendy Tapas Bars nearby.

We stopped at one of the sister restaurants without a reservation and they called the Bistro to get all 5 of us in. The table was set and ready to go. Irving, the manager, took time to explain their menu and style of food, even when the place was packed. When we went to order, he asked if he could just pick out 8-10 plates for us and we agreed. He took one of our companion's nut allergy into consideration and promised no worries. Trusting him was our best decision. He picked a great wine and we were blown away by the food and service. This place is top notch and so is Irving.not only was this one of the best meals I have ever had, it was one of the best food experiences I have ever had.

Tapas buenísimas. Con 2 o 3 tapas te quedas llenísimo. Recomiendo especialmente el risotto y las bombas de maíz.
Eso sí hay que reservar porque siempre está a tope

Such inventive tapas. Modern and creative twists on old classics.

Particular highlights for me were the vegetable Ceviche, the confit duck, and the truffle ravioli.

The wine list was extensive and we had a delicious bottle of edra grullas de paso which went down a treat.

Would heartily recommend! If its full they have few sister restaurants within walking distance so be sure to ask if they can't fit you in here

The interior is very nice but apart from that, it's horrible. The tapas are ridiculously overpriced, they are pretty basic and taste quite average and it's noisy inside so it's hard to have a conversation. A tiny portion of fried potatoes, water and three tiny fish balls (what felt like a starter) came to 20€. The waitress also started arguing about the bill in a very unpleasant way. Will definitely never go back.

Malgré de très bons tapas le comportement avec les français est à revoir. Ils nous ont parlé juste au début et en français en plus pour nous expliquer qu il fallait prendre minimum 2 tapas par personne et après plus rien. Nous sommes servis rapidement et la note arrive également rapidement mais surprise elle est accompagnée d un stylo et sur l addition en dessous du texte mentionnant que le service n est pas compris il y a une flèche au stylo. Il semblerait qu'il faille écrire combien nous souhaitons rajouter à une addition déjà salée. Alors oui le service n est pas compris mais le fait que l on vous apporte deux panières de pain à 1 euro chacune elles n ont plus ne sont pas comprises! C'est bien dommage de vouloir plus que ce qui est indiqué sur l addition car un pourboire se donne sur volontariat. Bref on repart tellement déçu de ce restaurant alors que cela pourrait être un chouette au vu de la qualité de la cuisine

Amazing dinner at Sensi Bistro! Small place so I would recommend a reservation. Enjoyed three tapas, sangria, and a delicious dessert. Highly recommend the vegetable ceviche, it was surprisingly my favorite dish! The truffle ravioli was also to die for. Check this place out if you are looking for a wonderful meal in Barcelona. Don’t miss this place!

The extraordinary good and wine was only surpassed by the super friendly and welcoming service offered by the staff at this super restaurant. This is a must visit venue for anyone coming to Barcelona.

A effin MAZING!

If you could eat only one thing here then get the *Iberian pork loin with fennel seeds demi-glace sauce and parsnip puree* or get two if you’re really hungry.

If you’re vegetarian then get the vegetarian ceviche.

The tapas were very good here and great vegetarian selection! I recommend the truffle pasta, fake lasagna, and the patatas bravas (really good sauce on them!). The service was very quick and good for the most part. All the men working there were extremely friendly and personable. However, there was one woman with dirty blond hair in a bun that came over and gave us A LOT of attitude. While repeating our order, she kept pressuring us to order more about 5 times as we kept saying we will order more if needed and then walked away saying “whatever” and rolled her eyes at us. Because of her, I gave it four stars instead of five. And the team lost a great tip that was about to come their way. We ordered plenty for ourselves as we still had extra food left at the table at the end.

Ambiance bistrot sympa. Les plats sont delicieux, super service. Petit resto mais veritable perle du quartier gothique. A ne pas manquer (pensez a reserver si vous etes plus que 2)

The food was nice. Some of the dishes were really nice and some were not so nice. The waiters were unfailingly rude. They ruined what could have been a nice meal. I recommend somewhere else with similar food but a nicer vibe.
