Fantastic hotel, excelent en tots els detalls, l'equip fantàstic i atent, habitaciò de deu i restaurant excelent!

Excellent boutique hotel. Comfortable, spacious modern rooms, fantastic amenities and wonderful location. The staff was incredible - extremely helpful & welcoming. The restaurant was outstanding, and the rooftop bar served cocktails on par with Europe’s most famous “watering holes”.

Definitely a place to stay if you’re going to visit Barcelona. A true Catalan gem!

Very expensive. Close to €500 a room. Full breakfast at €32 pp. However, the bed and pillows were outstanding. Room layout was nice too. And the shower! Powerful and hot! Enjoyed my stay tremendously.

Todo bien menos el check out porque a la salida el portero me hizo esperar un monton en la calle simplemente para que cogiera un taxi venido por el. Nose si era por alguna comisión o que era. Porque también venia ya marcando el taximetro con mas 9 euros y cuando se lo he preguntado y me comento que es porque me han reservado del hotel. Cuando en la calle pasaban miles de taxis libres. Y no me han dejado cogerlo. A pasado esto esta mañana 5 de octube 2022

We will absolutely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Barcelona. The staff was exquisite! Sandra was amazing at every breakfast service. A pure joy every morning. To the amazing housekeeping. The the reception staff Laura and Diego always made sure we were not lost! We felt like we were part of the family! Absolutely perfect.

The staff were so incredible. I stayed here with some of my family and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. It was extraordinary and the service was 5 star. They booked taxis for us, recommended restaurants and made everything so convenient. Even minute details such as holding the door open, greeting us and bringing our bags up made this perfect. The food was incredible with a wide and tasty variety. Highly recommend this hotel - it is the best we have ever stayed in.

Pasamos una noche muy especial en esa terraza con vista excelente! Buena atención, ricos tragos y tapas. Visiten si van a Barcelona. Recomendado

This was a fantastic experience. From the time we checked in with Diego and Sara Bustamente to the lengths the hotel went to make our trip comfortable, we felt welcome each time we interacted with the staff. Highly recommend a stay here.

My wife and I just did a 10 day trip to Spain and had this slated for 3 days and right after we got there we added another day. The location is wonderful for walking all over town and we did just that. Stopping all over the place to eat, drink, shop and see art including the Picasso Museum. If you are doing a cruise from that port nearby it is a wonderful place to stay prior or after as well (we didn't do a cruise). The staff was literally the best ever! Special shout out to Antonio, Diego, Ona and Sandra at Informal which is the restaurant on the lower level. By the way they also have a Michele Star restaurant on the roof top too.
If you are considering staying in Barcelona and looking for a place I could not give this place a higher mark!

We went to Hotel Serras's wonderful rooftop restaurant for Champagne and tapas when we were in the city on our honeymoon and we loved the whole experience. The food was simply amazing. The waiting staff, and in particular head waiter (we think), Alex, was a great host and an absolute credit to his employers. We will be back but he will go far

Hotel cómodo, con muy buenas instalaciones. Excelente desayuno. Servicio perfecto. Magnífica ubicación. Muy recomendable.
