I have been renting with SH Barcelona for the last 8 years and they are everything you hope a real estate agent to be and more. Professional, readily available to help, understanding and kind. Communication is a breeze and they make me feel cared for.
It is possible that I lucked out with my landlord and my agent at SH, Raul. But I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great experience renting your home in Barcelona.

Highly competent, trustful and very responsive. I had 2 apartments with SH Barcelona, one on short term rental and one in long term, both processes were very transparent and trustful, the team is very competent and responsive, all the challenges found were immediatly addressed and solved. Highly recommended. Great thanks to Berenger and Victor for the support in the past years ;-)

I rented my flat through SH Barcelona Bailen while living abroad. Raul Briones and his team and colleagues took really good care of it and managed the letting process perfectly. They were always very friendly, and dealt with issues quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough, and Raul in particular for the peace of mind that this gave me while being away.
