Sher-e-Punjab, Barcelona

I went there with my Indian husband since since he wanted some flavours from home. We took the 21€ menu, and some extra dishes as we wanted to share everything. The two samosas were extremely small. The desert included in the menu turned out to be: a glass of milk! With some slight mango flavour. Never in my life have I seen a glass of milk served as dessert! Not even a lassi, which would still not be a dessert but a drink, but would at least be made with yoghurt. We didn't even get to ask for an alternative, that's what was put on the table straight away. Finally, at the end of dinner, when we realised we were supposed to be served pappadums as a starter and were not, I mentioned it to the waitress and she said "sorry we don't have any" although she litteraly just served some to the people at the table next to ours, who arrived after us! When I mentioned that to her she just repeated "sorry, we don't have it". And if you're going to lie about it right in our face, at least don't charge us for something you end up not only not serving, but not even trying to tell us about! This is plain thievery!
21€ menu = 2 miniature samosas, one beer, one plain rice, one small (overcooked) lamb curry, one glass of milk. Wow. I wish I read the reviews before since apparently we're not the only one who had a bad experience.

Authentic Indian food at reasonable price.

Do try chicken Biriyani.

Ich kenne die Indische Küche aus Indien und koche auch selbst original indisch. Was man dort bekommt schmeckt nach nichts, nicht frisch und nicht indisch. Dazu viel zu teuer. Der Kaffee war auch ungenießbar, nur lauwarm und nicht schmackhaft.

Fake food. Bread naan. Low quality service. This place should be closed. Please maintain Indian food standards.

Visit this place if you want to taste worst food with spending more money.
This restaurant doesn't deserve to be named as sher-e-punjab.

I love this place, truly recommend this restaurant, the staff is very friendly and the place is very neat and clean, n about food yuuummmm:), typically indian food with best quality and service, decoration is very beautiful, fully recommend.

It’s a okay okay place; u feel depressed while dining here because of poor lighting and ambience.food doesn’t taste great either.

Third class quality food, forget about spending money on food.after having food in this restaurant you have to spend more on doctor bills.

Unfortunately there isn't any option for 0 or minus star so I gave 1.otherwise totally waste of money.

Owner should spend more on quality of food rather than decorative tables and interior.

Very good restaurant and food is amazing.
Last but the least staff is very politely. I suggest to all vister to come and eat. I love Indian food.

Rico pero he comido mejor en otros indios me lleve por opiniones pero el plato es Pequeño. Creo en mi humilde opinión. Pero para lo q es barxelona hoy en día se gasta eso en un plato de comida. 15 euros un curry de gambas muy pequeño en su salsa. Lo demas bien.
