I have attended multiple classes and each one has been wonderful, and I am not being dramatic when I say it has been life-changing. The owner and instructor are kind, wonderful, and authentic people who care about you and your body. The space is beautiful, clean, and open, with no mirrors, which is awesome. The class will mainly use Spanish as the instruction, except occasional English words for clarification here and there. What sets Shunia Yoga Sant Adrià apart from other yoga studios is how welcoming everyone is. The community is lovely and welcoming, and all of the owner, instructor, and other students make a point to greet you and welcome you to class. It seems simple, but as someone who isn't from this country, I was blown away by the hospitality at Shunia Yoga Sant Adrià. I have never been to a yoga studio that cared this much about their students. It has been such a pleasure taking classes at Shunia Yoga Sant Adrià and I look forward to each class and new challenge they present! Thank you Shunia Yoga Sant Adrià!
