Porque desde el momento en que llegué al hotel Ariatna y David me ofrecieron sus servicios informándome de cosas que podía hacer en Barcelona y de verdad muy amables. El servicio de habitación muy bueno y el bufete lo que cabía esperar. Sin duda volveré a repetir experien ia.

Servicii de calitate și un personal super ok. În special Omar. O persoană deosebită care ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the room was comfortable and quiet. Close to the city center, good breakfast and very professional staff. Big thanks to Ariadna for all the recommendations and information making our stay very pleasant.

Très bon hôtel avec une équipe extra qui sait vous renseigner pour toute question. Les chambres sont propres et belles. Il faut demander une chambre sur l'arrière car c'est un peu bruyant sur la rue. Le parking souterrain est juste en face.

Gente maravillosa en la atención, especial agradecimiento a Sergio y Ariadna que hicieron que pasemos la mejor estadía, además de ayudarnos para que pudiéramos visitar la Sagrada Familia, La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno supero nuestras expectativas, las habitaciones super amplias y confortables. Volveremos

Soggiornato di recente in vacanza con amici, camere molto grandi e pulite, materasso molto comodo, bagno e doccia comoda. Vicino alla Sagrada Familia comodo alla metro. Non abbiamo fatto colazione.

Good location. Close to tram, metro and a nice supermarket.
Very clean and bright rooms. Spacious bathroom and plenty of closet space. The friendly staff was very helpfull and made me feel welcome.

El hotel está cerca de todo a 20 minutos de la playa y del centro. La habitación me gustó mucho, sobretodo el detalle de la neverita. Agradecer a Karina y Ariadna por el trato cercano y las recomendaciones.

Questa è la vista dall'hotel che dà appunto sull'edificio dell'Auditorium. La stanza pulita, un pò piccola per noi che eravamo in tre. Kit di cortesia, doccia spaziosa, phon. Materassi comodi. Ottima posizione, comodo a tutti i mezzi di trasporto e poco distante da un centro commerciale con tutti i localini all'aperto.

Splendido soggiorno a Barcelona. Personale multilingue, gentilissimo e super disponibile, fra tutti Ariadna e Raul, ma anche gli altri di cui non ricordo il nome.
Pulizia delle camere impeccabile, letto molto comodo, colazione ricca e gustosa, sia per il dolce che per il salato.
La valutazione non può che essere eccellente!

Omar and Sergio excellent staff members (room 302 and 303 from 1 to 3 august). They definetly made our stay better and were the absolute nicest (got us gifts since our check in was on my son's birthday). Thanks a lot for being so attentionate and lovely.also thanks to Rute for her kindness

Really nice hotel. The service was super good. Reception staff was always helpful and super nice. Specially Ariadna and Karina had always best suggestions on places to visit amd tips about city.

Ottima la posizione, dietro l'Auditori, comoda ai mezzi di trasposto Metro, bus e tram, in breve tempo si raggiunge la Sagrada Famiglia, la spiaggia e tutte le principali attrazioni della città.
La camera, nel nostro caso una tripla, era un po' piccola. Il letto matrimoniale non molto largo al contrario di quello singolo.
Spazioso invece il bagno con ampio piatto doccia, assente il bidet.
Buona la pulizia.
Molto gentile il personale, un ringraziamento a Karina e Ariadna per le utili informazioni e la cortesia.

Raul at reception is one of the best customer service reps I have seen in decades of frequent travel. More than once he helped where even 5 star hotel staff would say no. Everything he does centers around exceptional client satisfaction and generating wow! This might be the hotel’s ethic and seeing such service, I strongly recommend the hotel.

The website says that there is free cancelations if you cancel your booking 24 hours before you stay. I canceled my booking a month in advance after making a reservation for 5 people and they charged me the full amount.you have to put your card information into the website and if you cancel they will charge your card the full price with no refunds.after you call they will tell you too bad but no refund
