Speak Spanish Barcelona

I started with absolutely not a word Spanish and on top dyslexics. But with all the different ways (cards, games, pictures.) is it more exploring something new than doing one exercise after the other as in school or university. The way of learning is more flexible so Mariano is able to react also one your daily being. The varied is as well in the online lessons with games, videos and listening.

I always enjoy classes with Mariano. They're fun! He's good at identifying—and helping fill in—holes in my learning. He is patient but also pushes me to improve.

Lucía is an excellent teacher! She is always well prepared and really tailors her classes to my needs which can be work related or general areas where I need the most practice. Lucía is so lovely and easy to get on with - I really enjoy her lessons! Thank you Lucía!

Since a few months I take spanish classes with Mariano as my teacher. In my opinion his teaching methods are very good. He recognises with which topics you have your problems and adapts the lessons on your needs. He is very patient, friendly and it's always fun and productive to learn with him. In these months I learned grammar and vocabulary and how to better use the language in my daily life. I got a lot more confident in speaking spanish.
Due to the corona pandemic we do the classes via Skype. This also works well.

I would highly recommend Mariano as a Spanish teacher in Barcelona. Since I moved here, he has helped me to improve on all aspects of my Spanish. He is great at identifying gaps in knowledge and giving specific lessons to suit. He has also tailored lessons towards my hobbies and interests, giving me useful language for daily life.
On top of that he is super easy to get on with!

The company I work for hired Mariano as our Spanish teacher and it`s the best decision they could have made! He is super down to earth, very adaptive with the teaching cycles, always paying attention to his students requests and an awesome guy to be around. The classes are very easy going with a lot of jokes flying around which makes you feel comfortable even if you don`t understand what`s going on language wise.
Furthermore, when Covid lockdown started we switched to online learning and the classes got even more advanced. We were given links with audio, video content before each and every class which we later analyzed.
All around 10/10 experience!

Mariano has been an amazing teacher! Originally the classes started by him coming to the office, but since the pandemic happened, he has been providing us with the same quality of lessons online. The teaching and the learning is enjoyable and very interactive. Mariano has the ability to adjust or change his form of teaching according to the level his students are at, which was very helpful in my case as I was a beginner. He is always giving us fun exercises to help us learn, which makes it nice to spend that hour with him.

Lucia gave me classes to help me prepare for my DELE B. 2 exam last year. Her classes were excellent and I passed thanks to her tuition. She thoroughly plans every class and has helped me understand concepts that I just couldn't get my head around before. I've continued classes with her for a year now and I'm advancing my level every week. Lucia is an excellent teacher!

I have been learning Spanish from Lucía for more than a month and it has been fantastic learning experience. Lucía is very experienced, capable, patient, and last but not least, kind, i.e. All merits you would expect from a excellent teacher. She´s very efficient at arranging the class according to my level, and she would give me spot-on feedback on what I need to pay more attention in a very encouraging and effective way. She had made the class so interesting and fun with a lot of interaction and practice in real conversation, a result of much effort for preparation and experience I believe. As for the special situation going on in Barcelona, we had both face-to-face and online sessions and both turned out to be equally functional and effective.plus she's very very punctual if that mattered to you as well.so I would very much recommend whoever interested in finding a perfect teacher for leaning Spanish, either online or later in person when it's possible. I consider myself lucky to find Lucía as my teacher. Hope this would help you too.

I have been taking classes with Mariano for a number of months now, and both my language and my confidence has improved greatly since!
