STARBUCKS COFFEE HEAD OFFICE
I wish to register a complaint to Starbucks Head Office.
I was in Starbucks, La Roca Outlet Shopping Centre, Barcelona. Spain
I stood in line waiting to be served while two members of staff chatted to
a lady at the counter.i was the only other customer waiting at the time.
The two chatting staff members ignored me for what seemed like almost five minutes.
I asked another staff member if i could be served a coffee and lunch but she pointed to the two chatting staff members and told me wait.
I waited a further period of time and was ignored, so I walked out in disgust.
There were around six staff members behind the counter.
The coffee shop was almost empty at the time.
I have never experienced such poor service in a Starbucks Coffee shop before this incident.
It is totally unacceptable and I would like Starbucks Head Office to take the appropriate action so future customers are not ignored again in the way I have just experienced.

I ordered a cup of Americano. A few seconds later, the Americano came out. I was wondering how fast an espresso shot could be. There was no dark taste of Starbucks inherent, and lack of body. I asked for it again, but the taste was still lacking. There is a need for improvement.
El lugar es cómodo aunque algo sucio, tiene una amplia terraza, el servicio es amable pero lento
Las recogidas de mesas son muy esporádicas
Nos ha atendido un tal Moha, la verdad servicio 10, muy amable. El cafe como siempre buena calidad y las tartas muy sabrosas: D
Personal muy amable ante todo. Pero el proceso es lento, mucha espera para cualquier cosa. La zona de las cafeteras lleno de moscas, la verdad poco agradable.espero que pongan algo.como lo pueden tener así?
I visited you at 1: 00 p.m. On August 2,2019. When i told them that a fly was sitting on a sandwich, they got angry and the staff threw a sandwich plate. I feel so bad. I don't recommend it.
