30Gran hotel situado en el centro de Barcelona. No importa a dónde vaya o qué recorrido realice, no hay mejor ubicación. La terraza de la habitación y la piscina de la azotea con vistas a Casa Milá también son geniales.
Suites Avenue era un hotel estilo apartamento muy bien diseñado y confortable con todas las comodidades de un hotel clásico.
Una estancia excelente con un personal que va más allá. El personal es muy atento y se esfuerza por hacerte sentir como en casa. Hotel de apartamentos elegante y exclusivo.ideal para estancias cortas y largas con familiares o amigos. Excelente mantenimiento. Excelente ubicación.a 10 o 20 minutos a pie de las principales atracciones, acceso al transporte público y restaurantes.
Hotel honesto con habitaciones muy cómodas, buenos aires acondicionados. Personal amigable.

¡PELIGRO! Lamentablemente muy mala experiencia. Habitación equivocada, recepción antipática, habitación con suciedad, baño sin puerta (sí sin puerta) - inodoro sin puerta que puede desgastarse. Cosas rotas. Preguntamos amablemente por el gerente, lamentablemente nos remitieron
Unbelievably great hotel in perfect location on passeig de gracia. Very contemporary, absolutely beautiful, very spacious with living room, dining table, had a small terrace, kitchen, more like an apartment. Very clean. Great front desk staff, very helpful, very nice gentleman at the front desk went out into the street and got me a taxi when I didn't find one. Loaned me a plug for the u.s. Phone. Nice products in the bathroom, great shower plus a nice tub. Very close to 2 GAUDI buildings, casa Mila across the street and Casa Batillo. Cannot say enough nice things about the hotel! Have stayed a few times and look forward to many more. If you like high end shopping it's on this street. Also, many nice boutique stores nearby.

Excellent location a great part of town, very nice restaurants nearby.
The reception and check in was well handled, all questions answered and local advice given.
Wifi worked consistently and at a decent speed, YouTube ect worked well.
Electronic blinds work well.
The room, deluxe option, was very clean and well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed.

Bons apartamentos, com boa qualidade, apenas a acrescentar que os quartos juntos aos elevadores estao sujeitos ao ruido dos mesmos.
Buenos apartamentos, con buenas calidades, sólo añadiendo que las habitaciones al lado de los ascensores están sujetas a su ruido.
It’s the second time we stay at Suites Avenue and while we really like the place overall, this time our sheets and room in general smelled so much of perfume that I had a pretty bad allergy provoked from that and had a hard time sleeping some of the nights (due to the smell of the sheets in particular). The common spaces smell the same, so it’s hard not to notice. I don’t understand this desire for spaces to ‘smell’ at all. Most of us live in cities where the air quality is bad enough and this gives us enough health problems to have additional artificial smells at home that contribute even more towards that… so this would certainly be a reason not to return.
En general estoy satisfecho, aunque hay algunas desventajas.
En primer lugar, el personal es amable y responde rápidamente a las solicitudes. El tamaño del alojamiento no está mal, la ubicación es buena y está limpio, el inconveniente es que el baño y el aseo son de cristal transparente, por lo que se puede ver todo desde el dormitorio. Cuando alguien del grupo se estaba lavando o usando el baño, todos tenían que salir a la sala de estar. Me quedé con 3 personas y me dieron una cama queen size y un sofá cama en la sala. Me preguntaba si deberíamos tener otra cama adecuada. La mayor ventaja de este hotel es la vista de Casa Milá, pero nuestra habitación estaba al otro lado de la habitación, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de esa ventaja. Y lo más lamentable es que los 200 euros que llevé como fianza no me han sido ingresados 10 días después. Cuando llamé para decir que no había recibido el depósito después de mudarme a Madrid, puse la excusa de que el banco no podía hacer el trabajo rápidamente porque era festivo, pero en general diría que es un buen hotel.
Pues te atienden muy bien lugar muy tranquilo y Hermoso que es el hotel y muy cómodo con las habitaciones grande y los baños igual de grande y está en una zonas muy bonita en Barcelona por el paseo de gracia muy lindo para hospedarse

Very well located place with modern apartments, it’s expensive and the cleaning is not a great point.
There’s a boldly smell in the bathroom.
Super emplacement, personnel très gentil et serviable, Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, tout est à dispo dans l'appartement pour notre confort.
Le nettoyage pourrait être plus approfondi pour que cela soit parfait.
Réclamation, s'était formidable, personnel au top classe, accueil merveilleux merci à José qui s'est occupée de ma réservation, venue en famille ma fille était ravie, emplacement, tou simplement unique appartement très classe on reviendra merci à toutes l'équipe bonne continuation M Guy
