It's ok if you are too hungry and don't find great indian restaurant.food service ambiance is below average. Manager attitude is very rude for indians. Wud not go again

We are Indians (from Kerala and Punjab) and know what Indian food should taste like. This place blew us away from a service and taste perspective. Unlike traditional Indian restaurants/dishes in the US, the dishes did not have a current of oil we had to scoop out! That was a great start. Everything presented felt and tasted like it was homemade and was fantastic. If you are craving Indian while in Barcelona, this is it!

The waiter who claims to be the partner of the restaurant is outspoken, may offend you. Food is okay. Ambience is not good. Prices are higher than other restaurants - where food is much better btw.

One of the worst in world.bad food, Pathetic behaviour of the old guy there. He will push u to keep ordering and try to show he is unhappy.

Cheap ambiance, mediocre food, rude service, owner tried to convince us that tap water was not safe to drink, and they reuse and reserve their chutneys after we saw someone eat it with a spoon.

A ver, la atención es buena, el sitio esta bien, pero la comida no vale mucho.
El pollo tandori está duro y tenis ya un tiempo.
Las salsas muy muy regulares.
El pollo al curry, la verdad es que era muy muy mediocre. La salsa estaba como con sabor a socarrimado.
El pan naan bastante bueno.
El arroz basmati, muy soso de estética y poca cantidad.
Relación calidad precio: caro.

A los que han puntuado con 5 estrellas no los entiendo o no han probado la comida hindú/paquistaní.

I go with my family and friends to take lunch. The food is is very delicious. And device is very best. I go there again and again to eat the food.

Soy clienta habitual. Nos encanta y tiene platos veganos! En pan de ajo lo pides sin leche y es integral, y las espinacas en vez de con queso, te dan la opción de patata. No se les escapa una! Y la comida esta buenísima. El local es algo peculiar y no un sitio precioso, pero es la gracia del lugar. La cocina pequeña pero sin problema, de momento nunca han tardado, también vamos pronto. No pido a domicilio, llamo antes, les digo a que hora paso y paro con el coche un momento y lo recojo. Me encanta, soy faaan

Very tasty food but the lady who seemed to be a manager was very rude and shouting across the restaurant and generally giving a very unpleasant feeling to the place.

Hemos llegado hasta Swagatam de casualidad y hemos salido maravillados. A parte de que la comida está buenísima (mejor comida hindú que he probado nunca), el trato que nos han dado Laal y compañía ha sido increíble. Gracias por todo. Volveremos sin duda.

Not going back. Not very polite waiting staff and the owner might want to try smiling now again and stop eating behind the bar while customers are there. The food could be a lot better. I think my Indian food is better than there's.

Best Indian meal I’ve had in years. The decor isn’t much—the lighting is actually on the *blue* side—but there is serious talent in the kitchen. Super-fresh spices in the rogan gosht (a lamb curry), good, buttery palak paneer, and the richest, most delicious mango kulfi ever. Lots of Indian customers. Plus the proprietor is a character.

The food was delicious and service was exceptionally good especially of Mr. Lal, who was very friendly to the customers and gave a few local tips to travellers.
5 stars for cleanliness and taste

We went yesterday and the staff was really kind. We were looking for vegan food and they even modified a little some dishes. Delicious food and good service. Would totally repeat.
