TEFL Iberia Barcelona

TEFL Iberia has been a wonderful experience. After taking a leap of faith and leaving my job in the states, I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience taking the course. The tutors and all those who work for TEFL were always welcoming and extremely helpful during the course and after when searching for teaching jobs. No doubt you will have a great experience too!

I'm glad I got my TESOL certification through TEFL Iberia, it helped me in terms of transitioning myself into living in Barcelona and experiencing practical learning. It is an intensive but rewarding course. You have to make sure you are organized and on top of your work because there is a lot to cover in 4 weeks and the time goes by very fast.

The best part for me were the people - the tutors Ian and Juli were always there to provide ongoing support and they made the course so fun and engaging - they are really the best! The coordination team was super helpful too, to answer any questions like visa application, accommodation, or recommendations in Spain. Thank you team for everything! I had an amazing experience:)

I did the presencial intensive training course and I have to say it was great. The program allows you to really work on your development since it's extremely personalized and they walk you through the whole process of learning throughout the course. You get to start teaching right away which helps building your confidence as a teacher and they observe and give you feedback on it every time. You learn different techniques and strategies to all different types of levels and students. My experience there was flawless. It hasn't been a month yet and I already have students to teach! Thank you guys.

The experience I had at TEFL Iberia was great. The teachers were nice and very helpful. The course was good. You just have to stay organised and keep up with your work and the teacher are also there assisting you every step of the way.

I just completed the four week intensive course at TeflIberia and had such a wonderful experience. I had constant support from the staff, the course structure was so helpful and enjoyable, and the resources we had access to throughout the course were fantastic. A special mention to Ian and Juli, the tutors of the course, for their consistent patience and ability to make such an intense course fun and interesting. Without them I don’t think the course would be what it is.

Highly recommend this course to anyone.even if you never end up using the certificate, the experience in itself teaches you skills that can be applied to any kind of job.

Such an incredible academy. The amount of support you receive from your tutors is beyond amazing. Throughout the duration of the course I was equipped with all the skills and knowledge to allow me to enter the real world as a confident ESL teacher. The location of the school is perfect, the facilities are great and the people are even greater. Cannot recommend TEFLiberia enough!

I had THE best time at TEFL Iberia. I didn't really know what to expect before starting the course and it turned out to be nothing but excellent. The course was very intense, but it was so well-structured and the whole staff was so professional and ready to go the extra mile, that in just a month I found myself perfectly able to teach English. When I think about it, I actually feel like Neo in the Matrix, when he learns how to fly a helicopter in only a few seconds:) last but not least, the accommodation service they provided was superb, I had a great experience. The only reason why I wouldn't recommend it is that when the course is over, you will miss EVERYTHING about it:)! Thank you for everything, TEFL Iberia!

TEFL Iberia is amazing! Everything from the teachers to the location of the school. They help you with everything like housing for example. The teachers are willing to help you around the clock so you are confident in your work and not stressed. Everyone that works at the school is great and treats you with respect. I would highly recommend TEFL Iberia.

I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to pursue a career in teaching abroad. The staff are amazing and are always on hand to help. Although the course is very intensive, the structure is organised very well, so you can handle the workload. Overall, it’s very enjoyable and you meet lots of amazing people whilst living in Barcelona.

The tutors and community of the school made it the ideal place to take this course by providing the trainees with all the information they need, but at the same time making it challenging enough to resemble teaching life outside the school.
You get to learn different teaching techniques, create your own authentic teaching material and experience what it's like to be a teacher!

I recently completed this TEFL course in Barcelona and it was fabulous (plus living in Barcelona was pretty great!). The teaching staff were an unwavering support and I loved the program structure; it was very practical with lots of teaching practice. Although the program is an intensive, it is a highly enjoyable program and I would definitely recommend it!

I’m so glad I decided to attend TEFL-Iberia for my certification. The entire staff is incredible. The instructors are terrific and the faculty is so supportive. They help you every step of the way, from relocation to assistance in helping you find a job after the course is complete. Highly recommend.

After taking the four-week TEFL certification program here in June of 2019, I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone pursuing a career in teaching English as a foreign language. While the facilities are modest in size, they have everything that a teacher in training could possibly need; the staff are perpetually pleasant, the tutors are knowledgeable and helpful, and the environment is both calm and productive.

Such a wonderful certification course! The staff is amazing in helping with getting a visa and getting set up in Barcelona (especially Carley), and all the tutors are smart, encouraging and are always available to help. I would reccommend this course to anyone looking to get TEFL certified!

Amazing experience learning at this school! The tutors, without a doubt, are incredible; supportive, knowledgeable, funny and caring. I would not have gotten through the month without them. The program was excellent, especially for those who seek getting their certification within a month and are willing to work hard. The program is fast-paced and we learned a lot about teaching methods and gained experience teaching adults. In addition, the teacher we saw most often really cared about her career and our success, which was inspiring.
Admittedly, it's a small school and a little hectic at times, but considering how much is fitted into the one-month program I chose, it was not unexpected. I also did the program which puts you in contact with an agency that can get you a job in China. After I did several interviews, I got two job offers and accepted a position in southern China; there were many places available in different types of schools, and I managed to find one that I enjoyed.
Overall, TEFL Iberia had a lot to teach me, and I'm really glad I did the program.
