I had a 60 minute massage with Max and it was amazing! I went in with lots of pain in my left scapular area and he was able to work through the tension, while giving me recommendations for things to do at home. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional and good at what he does. I'll definitely be returning soon.

I talked to Max (the deep tissue massage guy: p), explained the stuff and he was very careful with my lumbar area while working to relax all the muscles in my back.
Moreover, he also passed some tips and short exercises to help me manage the pain while at work.

He got me able to relax like a pancake. When the pain's gonna build up again, for sure I'll revisit.

I do a lot of sports, especially marathons, and therefore I go to massages frequently to regain energy and release tension in my muscles. Max offers by far the best service and treatment! He's very professional and friendly, I've never felt uncomfortable with him. And the most important thing is that he actually CARES about your wellbeing and your health.
Lots of masseurs ask if you have any problems and then maybe they focus their program a bit on that, but most of them don't care much at all. Max really takes the time to analyse your problem and doesn't rest until he did all he can to fix it.
The first time I did a marathon preparation (intensive training with approx. 50 km of weekly running, 6 times training per week for 12 weeks) I got an inflammation in my leg after 8 weeks due to my exhausted body and muscles. The second time I tried the marathon prep I went to Max half way through the 12 weeks training to relax my muscle tension and I went again approx. 3 days before the actual marathon for another session. The preparation this time was much better and the deep tissue treatments and sports massage made a huge difference!
Long story short I highly recommend Max to anyone who is searching for a good body treatment, to regain your strength and to fix any kind of problem such as chronic back pain, weird posture or sports-related injuries.
