Great facility, great workers, wonderful service, reasonable prices. If you have a need for storage space dont need to look around, you have come to the right place.
My personal experience started with investigating a place to store my luggage for a couple of months till my return while I went abroad. I choose OhMyBox because of its close proximity to my residence and their fair prices. Also communications could be provided via whats app with an immediate return so you can reach them in any time.
After going abroad because of coronovirus the flights were restricted so I could not return in time which resulted in my visa ending and my luggage being stuck in Barcelona while I am in Ankara. Therefore I decided to use a cargo service to pick up my luggage from their storage and bring it to me. I told my situation to OhMyBox workers and they were very understanding. They went above my expectations, prepared my staff for the cargo, sign the exit documents and everything. During this process, they emailed what they have done with picture proofs to show the integrity of their work. I am moved by their dedication and excellent customer service. I want to thank expecially to Alex Aranda for his help. This company is not just about the work, they are about the people and they work hard to satisfy the needs of their customers perfectly.
If you need a storage space, contact them and be comfortable with the knowledge that you have chosen right.

Extremadamente feliz con el servicio de ohmybox. Alex, el gerente, me ayudo muchisimo. Agilizo todo el proceso de mudanza y montaje al trastero sin yo tener que preocuparme. Me siento tranquila al haber escogido este servicio. Muy recomendado.

He usado este servicio de octubre 2020 a Agosto 2021 en el espacio de Glories. Todos los trámites son sorprendentemente sencillos, incluso darse de baja. El trastero muy limpio, seguro y de fácil acceso con y sin coche. Si necesitaré otro trastero, seguro repetiré.

He usado el box por bastante tiempo en ningún momento he tenido ningún problema y siempre me han atendido muy amablemente colaborando siempre con las necesidades que se me iban presentando. Lo dejo porque mis circunstancias han cambiado y ahora no lo necesito.

Excelentes instalaciones, fácil acceso, todo muy limpio y cuidado. En los dos años de mi alquiler jamás tuve ningún problema y la atención prestada fue de primera.

Lovely service so far. Had a little misunderstanding with price being given without the tax, when contracting the service there were a price difference (+10€) that I promptly complained about which was said to have an investigation about. I suggested them to give full price upfront, after all what's the point in giving less tax price if it will be charged anyways right? Ps: this is not about being miserable about a tenner, but the principle of trust in the service. Overall it's in capital letters GO FOR IT all the way.

La atención es buena, Alex ha sido muy atento y resolutivo, el resto de compañros seguro que igual. El trastero es de una dimensión bastante aceptable y el precio incluye la oferta de 1 mes por lo que lo hace atractivo. Si vuelvo a Necesitar un trastero será con Ohmybox
