A company that integrates functionality, customisability, and aesthetics in their products - all while making a point to leave a positive environmental footprint.chanced upon them on kickstarter, and pre-ordered a nest backpack which is slated for jun 2022 delivery.was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews, but decided to give them a chance.thankfully my experience has been positive so far - they replied my queries/comments on ks, and also sent me a free coffee cup.will update this review again after i receive my backpack (or not) in jun 2022, fingers crossed!

This company vexes me big time.

I bought some of their Canyon shoes earlier this year and they’re great. They were shipped really quickly and the shoes themselves feel great. They’re very comfy and you can wear them anywhere. I would have recommended them to anyone.

However! My view of this company has been coloured recently and I’m not happy. I bought two of their Shell backpacks on pre-order. I love the preorder system - really great. However, to begin with they extended the length of the pre-order period without letting those who’d already paid know. Next they have said two weeks in a row that my bags would be shipped that week…still nothing.

The other thing that really annoyed me was that because the two bags are different colours they’d ship separately. I asked them to ship them together to be more aware economic and environmentally friendly (something the company claim to be very big on) and yet they said they couldn’t do that. Very strange.

Their emails have also been quite vague which I don’t enjoy.

Order these shoes from an Instagram ad of all places. I’m a boater and bought them for that reason. I ended up wearing them as slip-ons for walking about. They are great quality, very comfortable and very versatile. They also look great! Very happy and recommend to all.

I bought one pair of shoes and liked them so much that I bought a second. They are comfortable, easy to slip on and off. I also got a tee shirt and a long sleeve tee. I particularly like the latter as it is a bit heavier than a regular tee but not as heavy as a hoodie.

Great product ideas, with sustainability in mind.
Support could be a little bit more efficient, but overall it is good.

Great customer experience, I got my shoes earlier than expected and they are super lightweight and breathable. Can't wait to test them out on my next vacation!

The shoes are like described on the internet site. Light as expected, quick dry as expected too, delivered as expected and I was attracted by the sustainable value they drive.

The only thing I would change is the orientation of the handle at the back of the shoe (to help getting the foot in the shoe). It's twisted clockwise for left shoe and unclockwise for the right one -> I would switch the rotation side for both shoes.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, 1 for me and one for my wife. So far I’m really enjoying them, fit is perfect. We have an island holiday coming up in August and these will be coming with us.

Honestly the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn are this brand. My first pair the Canyon (all black) have holes in the sides and top, and the shoe laces have broken, but I keep wearing them because they haven’t lost any comfort or support. I spend anywhere between 8-16 hours on my feet a day for work and my feet are never sore. As of this writing I’ve worn them for work since I got them in September 2019. Over 3560 hours of use. They are nearing the end, the shoe tred is getting thin in one spot. I have a second unused pair ready to take me through the next two years though.

I love these sneakers. They are the most comfortable pair of sneakers I've ever had (and apart from the boots I wear for work, I just stopped wearing another type of shoes). I love being able to go any distance, walk, run or swim, and not have to worry about where I go, they are so light that I hardly feel them and I can just put them on in a second and be ready to go. I would like them to be more durable (having a boot type model was top). I have used mine since the day they appeared on kickstart and if I continue like this I will probably use them until death.

I love Tropicfeel. I backed their first shoe on Kickstarter and have continued to follow along ever since. I have 3 pairs now and love them all. Absolute best travel shoes - versatile and light weight. Love the company values, their mission and the customer service.

Great products. AWFUL if not non existent customer service, DO NOT BACK ON KICKSTARTER. EVER. Company has had my money since September 2020 with a fulfilment promise of March. 3 months later than that, I still have not received and they have stopped responding. Now afterwards they are actively selling the item on their website, claiming 2 to 10 days fulfilment. Outrageous.

Great customer service! The sneakers arrived super quickly via DHL. I ordered the wrong size but the returning label request was super easy and they sent the correct size really quickly. The sneaker exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended!

Excellent quality, sustainably produced items. I love my Tropicfeel gear and will continue to purchase from them if they keep producing the goods!

I ordered Tropicfeel shoes for my wife. She wears them to work everyday and says they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever had!

Unfortunately no product gets delivered. I had high hopes but it really smells like a scam. Just empty promises and nothing actually happens. I advise everyone to stay away!

I ordered a backpack in April, they told me they will deliver it by end of April, then in May, then in June. Two weeks ago they told me inventory arrived and they will be sending it out last week. A week passes, nothing happens. Now they are telling me they are still waiting for inventory with no ETA.

Edit 1: Yet another week passes and still no info or deadline on delivery. Just empty promises. “Your order is in fulfillment and you should receive the tracking number in the following days”… for three weeks now. Don’t believe anything they respond here. Scam! Had to order another backpack.

Edit 2: The product arrived eventually, after contacting their fulfillment service provider. The shell backpack is quite nice, the material seems strong enough to last. The color is also nice and it has all that it was advertised. Its downside is the weight which is around 2.4 kg with the wardrobe system and accessories, also the buckles are made of cheap plastic and I don't know how much it will last, and the shoulder straps are a bit uncomfortable.

Absolutely love these shoes and the company. Cute, comfortable, versatile, sustainable. I’m all in.
