Excellent hostel with a big kitchen and a sunny terrace! Cleaning the room every day and helpful employees. Recommend!

Recomendado al 100%, el check in era a las 14 hr pero llegamos a las 06 am, nos permitieron ingresar y descansar, hay taquillas para las maletas por si necesitais dejarlas ahi despues del check out, de hecho el dia que nos fuimos, chequeamos a las 11 am y volvimos a las 20 hr a por ellas, recepcion 24 hr, limpieza de 10, habitaciones insonorizadas, no hau ruido externo, se descansa muy bien, tienen una terraza donde podeis sentaros y en el bajo una zona común donde teneis la opcion de ver tv y dispensadores 24 hrs, de hecho, cuando fui a por las maletas pude ir a la zona comun y utilizar el servicio, personal muy amable, volvería a hospedarme ahi, la relacion calidad precio es muy buena y tienes supermercado 24 hrs cerca, bares y los sitios de interes quedan relativamente cerca, acceso al metro y bus.

Las imagenes aue ponen de las habitaciones no especifica que te van a poner una de 4 literas. Me parece increible que haya tenido con 25 años que dormir aqui con mi pareja y voy a hacer que me devuelvan el dinero es un autentico engaño, encoma que la habitacion no tenia papel higienico, las almohadas en una taquill, la cama no estaba hecha, botellas de alcohol tiradas, mala limpieza y poca diversion

Fui con las amigas y nos trataron muy bien! El personal es muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo. Organizan muchas actividades para los huéspedes, yoga, conciertos, cine, etc. Un hostal con muy buen ambiente:)

Repetimos seguro! Te sientes muy a gusto y acogido por el personal del hostel, te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas y las actividades programadas son muy divertidas y variadas! Las instalaciones son cómodas y prácticas, y lo mejor es la terraza y sus super vistas! Gracias por todo!

TwentyTu Hostel is the most disgusting establishment I’ve ever seen in my life. BUG INVESTED. The advertising is completely false. The hostel looks nothing like it does in the photos online. Water in bathroom didn’t work.
It’s very far from the center of Barcelona. In a bad neighborhood on the same street there is a homeless camp. As a woman traveler I did not feel safe at all in the neighborhood.
It’s also far from the metro station. My friend and I stayed for a total of 30 minutes and realize we had to leave because of the conditions. We absolutely felt scammed. The interaction with the receptionist was very hostile. I was being very polite saying that we did not feel comfortable and if he could help in anyway. I was completely attacked and he spoke with a condescending tone making me feel like a complete idiot and said he could not help me at all. The customer service is horrendous. SO RUDE. He wanted to argue with me. DONT STAY HERE. I can not stress it enough. Bottom Line we Left and had so find an other place to stay immediately.

This was THE WORST place I have ever stayed. It felt like I was staying in a prison. Lights shut off at midnight, water turns off after every 17 seconds, and there were BED BUGS in one of the beds in our room. The workers tried to tell us it was our fault since our window was open, but the magnet that latched the window shut was broken when we first arrived and maintenance tried to come in 3 separate times to fix it since the AC didn't work if the magnet wasn't latched. After we told them we thought there was bed bugs, they had someone come in to take a look and never told us what they found, but told us that we were going to switch rooms. So when I got back into the room to move our stuff out, I checked myself and immediately found bed bugs under the sheets along with pee stains all over the mattress. When we tried to tell them that there were bed bugs, the workers tried to say that we brought them in. No one in the room had bites until we woke up the next morning after our first night stay. The area is also surrounded by slums, homeless people, and drug dealers. I barely felt safe just walking to the metro, but had to do it anyways since there was nothing in this area to do, so the metro was the only way to the better places in Barcelona with stuff to do. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Vaya cutrez de sitio. Habitaciones mínimas con cuatro camas en dos literas. Duchas sin jabón ni nada de nada. Incluso las toallas se tienen que pagar aparte. Estrechez máxima. Te dan sábanas lavadas pero no limpias y te haces la cama tú mismo. El edredón mejor no tocarlo.tiene su propio ecosistema de bichitos. La ventana asegurada para que no se abra más que una rendija. Elige este hostel para vivir una aventura de Indiana Jones!
Al menos el bufet del desayuno es básico pero normal.

Excelente! Muy bien ubicado, súper cómodo, limpio y además hay muchas actividades divertidas para hacer dentro del hostel. La terraza tiene una vista genial. Siempre que voy a Barcelona me alojo en el Twentytu. Todo el personal es muy amable y siempre están atentos a todo y muy predispuestos! Lo súper recomiendo! Analía de Argentina

My stay at twentytu hostel was undoubtedly the worst stay I’ve ever had while visiting other countries. I came here on a school trip and I’ve got to say that they really do their best to make themselves look better in every aspect. They claim to be one of the best green hostels in Spain however they don’t seem to care about safety. For example, during our stay we witnessed a stabbing right on the front of the entrance to the hostel. Instead of helping the person who was shanked, the security solely focused on closing the terrace so that it wouldn’t be to loud after midnight. The hostel staff also fined our school for being to loud after curfew. In real Security like Fashion they looked at the Security tapes and determined that 13 people were in the hallway after midnight. In total the fine cost a total of 260€. I strongly advise against staying in this hostel and anywhere near it. Absolute worst vacation experience I’ve had in all my life, sadly there is no 0/5 option.

Bad breakfast, small rooms and incompetent staff sum it up in general.
During our stay a random person got stabbed right in front of the hotel. Homeless people set up a camp next to the hotel. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at twentytu hostel.

People are being attacked with knifes when standing in front of the hotel, don't go to this place for your own safety!

100% recomendable. Hostel con buen ambiente, personal amable, y buena localización para moverse por Barcelona. Además organizan actividades y tienen una terraza muy chula.

Le doy cinco estrellas porque se ve bien desde fuera por dentro no puedo opinar porque lo veo de pasada

Yesterday Night someone got stabbed right in front the hostel.
We (a schoolclass of 30 people including me who witnessed the act) were really upset that night.
The hotel staff did nothing to help, instead they only watched the guy bleed out.
Our class was shooked and had the desire to talk about what happened.
Some of us went in rooms from our friends to speak abbaut the case.
The hostel got instantly mad at us and wanted us to pay 260€ for being to loud at night time!
That’s to much for something what wouldn’t happen if the safety of 9/10 (wich is written in the description of the hostel) was appropriate!

Era nuestra primera experiencia en estos hoteles, fuimos mi mujer con dos niños en una habitación con litera. Es un concepto interesante de tener en cuenta para viajes cortos.la terraza es un placer de día, y de noche las vistas son espectaculares. Volveré a este hotel o a los de esta cadena.
