Odio de verdad que odio cuando usas una feature y previamente no te indican que es una feature premium y que luego vas a tener que pagar por ello. En el caso de aplicar la lógica no te lo indican y tras pelearme durante más de 1 hora con ello me he llevado la sorpresa. ¡Gracias typform!

Tienes toda la razón, y ademas les he llamado dos veces y parece que ni sepan lo que venden, lastima que el servicio y producto no se ajusta en la realidad, tienen mucho que aprender.

I'm disappointed with their product and complete lack of support.
Looks like they don't care about their customers.

Minimal support w/o subscribing to $70 (US) /month plan (>$100 US if more than 1 person uses). TF requires credit card # INSTEAD of using safer payment like PayPal (TF hacked/compromised in 2018 - affected 100K records). TF form builder does NOT include postal code field (and number field doesn't allow for multiple zeros to begin string). Too bad - liked the flexibility/look of TF; will buy a form builder - just not TF's.

I had an interview once here for an office managers position the guy who interviewed me through facetime was smoking a rollie cigi while we were having an interview. It completely distracted me, no matter how flat the organization is; it's completely unprofessional. I felt so disrespected that I felt like hanging up. Also the company was 10 min walk from my house and he asked me for an interview on facetime and I speak perfect Spanish and Catalan (I'm Australian btw and former English teacher for 16 years) but he kept insisting on having the interview with his broken English in English to test my English! Seriously? Wouldn't you want to know your candidates knowledge of the local languages when you know their English is perfect? ! Just seemed like a disorganized place to work for.

Espantoso. Después de pasar días haciendo nuestros formularios, la web no nos deja mejorar el plan para utilizar los servicios de pago. Hemos intentado contactar con ellos 5 veces (por email y por twitter) y no hemos recibido soporte alguno. Una aplicación que no funciona y encima no te dan soporte no vale para nada.

There's a small but critical bug on the Typeform site where we can't translate the continue button. The help team have confirmed it's a bug, but can't provide any further information or a timeline. It's blocking a massive product launch. I really hope that Typeform will provide the support required and expected.
