Normalmente no hay mucha cola y se puede encontrar variedad de productos

Suelo hacer mi compra semanal aquí. Buen surtido de todo los alimentos ecológicos necesarios y siempre encuentras ofertas.

Hay una buena variedad de productos buenos y el Staff es amable pero los precios me frenan un poco. Aun así, vuelvo.

This chain supermarket is a mess and their customer service a disaster! Salespeople do not want to take any responsibility. Beware! Prices show wrong at the cash register and food in shelves is expired. They just shrug and don’t make an effort to fix it. I had this situation several times in different shops.

Rodamon hostel is good because it is really close to this store.

Productos ecológicos, mucha variedad de marcas, la suya propia está muy bien y mejor de precio.

I walked into the Carrer de Còrsega location to buy a bag of cereal, past employees at the till, at the deli, and stocking, when another employee swept by me who then turned around and, instead of offering help, told me I couldn't bring my bags in the store. I understand this is a common policy in Spain but this was the first time I'd been told this, and so rudely. I asked her where I'm supposed to leave them and she said at the cash or the lock boxes at front and walked away. Hey, a bit of customer service advice: when I'm the only customer in your store and there are 4 employees helping no one, how about you first 1) ask if I need help finding something, then 2) noting to me that it's store policy that customers leave there bags at front, and finally 3) offering to assist me with placing them at front, or hell, why not even offering to take my bags for me? No, that would never cross your mind because you know nothing about how to treat customers other than by being brusque, officious and ultimately unwelcoming.

The only reason I'd give this store a 3-star rating, and not lower, is because Veritas carries some items very hard to find in Barcelona. The service deserves no more than 1 star and if they didn't carry these products I'd never return. Nevertheless I'll be sure to let others know how rudely I was treated.
