De lo mejor que he probado ultimamente! Un descubrimiento en el born de comida etíope de calidad. Un ambiente muy calido y una atención de 10. Para repetir!

Un espai tranquil, agradable en mig de la Rivera per fer una parada per assaborir un bon cafè i tapes etíops.

No puedo estar más de acuerdo con todas las reseñas que me preceden. Mientras curioseábamos desde la puerta porque el sitio es precioso y la música te atrapaba, una chica desde dentro nos invitó a entrar. Ha sido una auténtica alegría que ocurriera: TODO merece la máxima nota, desde bebidas y comida etíopes hasta la honestidad, el cariño y la amabilidad con que te trata todo el personal, e incluso el precio dista mucho de los abusos que puedes encontrar en el Born. NOS OS LO PERDÁIS. Gracias, volveremos muy pronto.

First time I tried Ethiopian food but honestly one the best things I ever had! Owner is amazing and super sweet as well! Definitely would recommend it to everyone:)

Amazing experience with delicious food & outstanding service!

It was like having dinner at a family members house, they are so welcoming and friendly.

Food was delicious & nice to try something different. The breakfast menu also looks amazing & apparently the coffee is great also so we will have to go back and try all of that

The experience we had at Warka is unforgettable.

It was our first time trying Ethiopian food and we were slightly apprehensive at the start but once we had our first bite, we could not stop. It was extremely delicious and savoury!

Also tried the coffee which was the best we had in Barcelona, coffee addicts need to get their fix here.

The service was awesome too and we would highly recommend everyone to give this place a try.

"5 out of 5? Those must be fake reviews! ". Well, they're not. I cannot stress enough that 5 starts are not enough to qualify Warka. It's hard to be concise why it deserves 5 stars.but I'll try.
- Service: it's simply amazing. Friendly, open, playful, generous, and (most importantly) honest smiles.
- Atmosphere/décor: simple yet nice. Not artificially "folkloric" yet very much "authentic". And it's always a good thing when you go to a restaurant from Country X, and you find citizens of that same country eating or hanging out there! (which happened)
- Drinks: they actually do cocktails as well! And they have Ethiopian beers!
- And last (but not least). Food: simply amazing. New, yet familiar, tastes. All feels original but strangely familiar as well. Spicy in a very good way. Top quality!

Oh, and did I mention that their prices are excellent? They are!

What can I say. I'm going back ASAP. I'm giving them 6 out of 5 stars (here's an additional one: *)

By chance we went to this Ethiopian restaurant to consume our mascarpone croissant from Patisserie Hofman in Barcelona and was treated to a coffee making ceremony and some homemade snacks by the most hospitable Ethiopian family.

Amazing experience. Authentic Ethiopian food and amaaaazing service. Would give 10 stars if it were possible.

Un lugar muy agradable y exótico, donde se saborea la deliciosa comida etíope. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

We felt really welcomed, great atmosphere accompanied with delicious food and best coffee. Highly recommended.

Este restaurante merece las 5 estrellas en todo. Mi amiga y yo no sabíamos donde cenar, y nos encontramos con este sitio. El local estaba muy bien decorado, y teníamos miedo de que fuese demasiado caro para nosotras, pero nos invitaron a pasar y probar algo. Terminamos súper satisfechas, la comida estaba riquísima, se nota el amor que le ponen a cada plato, y nos fuimos encantadas de conocer a una persona tan maravillosa como Abraham. Definitivamente volveremos a este sitio, y le recomendaría a cualquiera que viniese también, no se arrepentirá.

Lugar intimista, personal atento, comida africana muy sabrosa en formato tapas, bebidas riquísimas (tanto con como sin alcohol), y pronto los postres () del Addis-Abeba que tienen en Sants!

The service, you won’t feel at home anywhere else like this!

And the food…. Well it’s like nothing you’ll ever try, stepping into Ethiopia, authentic!

Encantador local en el Born, un lugar acogedor, buena musica, ambiente chill, para destacar el encanto del personal, todos con una sonrisa en su rostro, los cocktails y la comida típica de Etiopía me fascinaron. Repetiré sin dudas!
