¡El peor empleador que he tenido!
¡Primero eres seleccionado por un cazatalentos y te hacen 1000 promesas que luego no se cumplen!
Como empleado te tratan como a un número: para la formación tienes que compartir alojamiento con otros empleados que no conoces en absoluto, ¡y eso a tus 42 años!
Entonces el ambiente de trabajo es terrible, los compañeros no te saludan, no tienes tiempo para ir al baño y ¡te vigilan constantemente!
La productividad se mide, por lo que incluso tendrás que cerrar sesión solo para ir al baño.
¡El salario es muy bajo y los superiores solo son amigables cuando se trata de las necesidades de la empresa!
¡No hay ninguna persona de contacto para problemas salariales u otros problemas!
¡Todo está hecho especialmente para que el empleado no se defienda!
Pensé que esto solo sucedía en los informes, pero la Ayuda web definitivamente no es un buen lugar para trabajar: ¡lo único en lo que son realmente buenos es en publicidad! ¡Para encontrar constantemente nuevos empleados! Esta tienda es terrible

Me uní el 23 de enero y puedo decir que este es el trabajo más fácil que he tenido en toda mi vida. No solo todos son súper agradables y suaves, sino que literalmente puedes tomar descansos para tomar café sin sentirte culpable o acosado. Son muy, muy pacientes conmigo, estoy literalmente sorprendido de cómo mi jefe tiene tanta paciencia después de cometer tantos errores y hacer tantas preguntas repetitivas.
Lo recomiendo totalmente si buscas una oficina tranquila y relajada.
La mayoría de la gente son jóvenes como yo.

Un montón de mentirosos

Tenga cuidado y manténgase alejado de este lugar a menos que realmente lo necesite.

Dará igual si eres respetuoso, trabajador o haces bien tu trabajo o no, siempre te verán como quieran. Cuando quieren patearte, simplemente te patean. No necesitarán tener ningún motivo profesional. Además, son lo suficientemente valientes como para hacerlo escondiéndose detrás de mentiras.

No importa lo que digas o exijas, siempre te escucharán y entenderán como quieran. Implícitamente lo acusarán de ser racista si exige sentarse más cerca de su mercado, incluso si solo es para aprender más rápido y más.

También pondrán sus propias palabras en tu boca. Y harán creer a otras personas que eres el verdadero dueño de todas sus palabras y sus pensamientos. Entonces claramente te acosarán mientras chismean y mandan sin dudarlo.

Incluso si te resistes a quedarte allí a pesar de todo esto, encontrarán fácilmente otra mentira y te echarán de todos modos. Especialmente aquellos cuyos nombres son "libres" mentirán a todos mucho más libremente. Y nunca se avergonzarán de ello.

Este "gratuito" creará subequipos dentro del equipo y nunca integrará nuevos miembros. Incluso él hará reuniones por separado. Chismeará sobre los miembros del equipo que no le gustan, a los miembros que le gustan. Pero espera, a él no le importará si eres nuevo o no. También se burlará de la apariencia y el olor de su miembro.

Estimado lector, lo leído hasta aquí es solo una pequeña parte de mi experiencia. Y lamentablemente, todo esto sucedió en un proyecto de agencia de viajes mundialmente conocido. Por lo tanto, no importará en qué proyecto se encuentre. En un lugar de trabajo sin personas calificadas y bien educadas, debe establecer sus expectativas muy bajas. No solo sobre las expectativas profesionales, también sobre las calificaciones de la personalidad.
Porque no tienen ética o brújula moral en absoluto.

Te llaman para preguntarte y al final te dicen que era una entrevista y no lo pasas porque hablas mucho. Una verguenza la chica que me atendio no sabia ingles y queria corregirme a mi. Perdida de tiempo le pondria 0 pero no hay

Esto es una vergüenza. Estoy decepcionado, cancelaron mi contrato 2 días antes de la salida. Al principio parecían legítimos pero parece que me estafaron y se aprovecharon de mí.

“Think human” but you can’t even take a bathroom break without feeling harassed or guilty. Extremely obsessed with stupid timeframes that don’t even reflect our production, even tho being an excellent worker with brilliant numbers. Depressing. Beautiful ambience and amazing people, but making you feel like an animal in a cage. I loved my coWorkers, team and the project itself so much, still a wonderful experience.

Vivo en Colombia y aplique a esta empresa. Desorganizada generan falsas expectativas. Trabajo de 11 horas sin pausas activas, presión psicológica. Con cada persona que he hablado que trabajo allí sus experiencias son traumáticas. Que bueno que en España hacen valer sus derechos como trabajadores, sin nosotros estás empresas no son nada. Esperemos que todo se caiga por si propio peso

I can't give "zero star", too bad because this is the reality.
The worst company I've ever worked in my life. Poor salary (even for a transition), no smart communication, most part of people in management and administration have a low level in every sense. I was Team Leader for the biggest project in Barcelona and I resigned after 3 months as the salary was different every month without explain, I didn't receive any training for my manager tools (I learned alone) they are doing everything not to give the bonus to employees (I was in possession of lot of information due to my position), and I've not been paid for my last month since I left (almost 2 months already and they stopped communication with me). I engaged an action in justice against the company and I informed to the tax administration that I worked without contract as they didn't provide me any document since the beginning.
In term of management, they are just secretary, they don't know the business and are just thinking with numbers but not with the reality of the market, business risk and geopolitic.
Even if you would like to move in Barcelona and work for this company as transition before finding something better, search something else (everybody is leaving and the turnover is so huge).
NB: I could continue on some pages with all the problems into this company, but they are not correct and don't respect the law then you can find easily a better company

Inconsistent salaries amongst the same positions with no explanation or logic. Suspiciously only male overheads have the higher salaries.
Always an excuse not to pay bonus or give a raise. I had the same salary for 4 years and had to fight to keep the same benefits I had in the beginning. They reward hard work with more work. Ended up doing thrice as much for a small bonus and a lot more stress.

Un montón de incompetentes. Me dijeron que me van a llamar esta mañana a las 10: 00 am y nunca recibí una llamada. Ni siquiera un e-mail para ofrecerme otra fecha u hora. Incompetentes que pagan super mal!

Esta empresa es una tomadura de pelo, me han llamado, he firmado un precontrato, renuncie a mi anterior empleo para irme con ellos y el día antes de comenzar me llaman para decirme que el proyecto se canceló, los primeros días muy atentos y todo pero ahora llevo una semana y brillan por su ausencia, no me han dado respuesta de nada, no contestan los correos ni nada, es una tomadura de pelo

“Piensa en humanos”, pero ni siquiera puedes tomar un descanso para ir al baño sin sentirte acosado o culpable. Extremadamente obsesionado con plazos estúpidos que ni siquiera reflejan nuestra producción, a pesar de ser un excelente trabajador con números brillantes. Deprimente. Hermoso ambiente y gente increíble, pero haciéndote sentir como un animal en una jaula. Me encantaron mis compañeros de trabajo, el equipo y el proyecto en sí mismo, sigue siendo una experiencia maravillosa.

Es una vergüenza, llevan una semana dándome largas para pagarme el finiquito. Son todo excusas. Llamas para reclamar y se pasan la pelota de unos a otros, cuando no te cuelgan el teléfono.

Epson Project -

Being in the office reminded me of being at a funeral, except it was not the entire person who has died, it is only the souls of those who enter. Above the door as you walk in, they have a big sign 'THINK HUMAN'. This made me laugh everyday, especially on what I coined 'Elimination Day'. This day is Friday. With the exception of one week, they fired someone on each Elmination Day. And a few days before these victims would unknowingly meet their replacements in training around the office. I never met mine. I saw the majority of the Italian and UK team lose/replace 100% to 50% of the people respectively. Now lets talk about the work - you are tech support for people who cannot connect their printers to wifi or have some quality issue with the prints. Easy work and on average about 30+ calls a day. Now imagine the kind of people that would call tech support for a printer. Yes.those people. Maybe 2/3 would be nice to talk to, but the majority of them would cause you to question or completely lose any faith you have left in humanity. After some calls, I would just sit there, no thoughts, no words to say and I would be overwhelmed with disappointment. Tis is not Webhelp though, this is just the work. In general, and in comparison to the other large contact centres here, Webhelp is okay - PLEASE READ THIS WITH EXTREME CAUTION - Webhelp is okay in comparison to the other slaughter houses. But do, please do, just please, please, please hold out. Do not take an offer from these guys as an agent. Just hold on, don't jump overboard and submit yourself to drowning in a sea of dead souls.

The Management - like most of these places, these are the people who lack the personal skills to operate outside in daylight but have worked in the company long enough to be promoted. Probably due to the lack of other longterm and competent, internal candidates for HR to choose from. They are your typical contact centre personalities, sneaky, moody, two faces people who probably play 'GUESS WHO' with pictures of all the agents they are considering firing next. They never really introduced themselves, unless you ask around you wont know who is who. I guess this is a sort of barrier they have created incase they grow fond of an agent they must fire on Elmination Day. If you have an elderly customer on the phone who is taking a long time to follow your instructions, they encourage you to hang up on them or flog them off with some KB article. They want you off the phone in around 10 minutes and if you cant get your time down, they will hassle you every week. I was okay on this because frankly I really could give a damn, but some agents were really freaked because they felt they were been watched from some purch. An awful atmosphere to create in an office. They are just poor people.

The people who really manage this office and train the new agents are the senior agents, and the training guy/gal. These guys and gals are real nice and patient and are what keep the ship from sinking. They also have the ability to smile and laugh, which is a perk in caves like this.

Overall Review:

Just wait out and find something better, if you have the resources to wait. This is, in my honest and experienced opinion - a poor and sad place to work. I know you might just need a job, but how much of your general well-being are you willing to sacrifice for a lousy payday? Trust me without knowing me, you will be fired sooner or later so don't waste your time here, put those hours into finding something else. Pay is terrible, the HR team are terrible, the office is terrible, the job is terrible, the canteen is terrible, the atmosphere is terrible, the company is just awful.

And remember: THINK HUMAN

Sería interesante que le dijeran a su personal que tienen que llevar la mascarilla dentro y fuera del trabajo, sin excepción, cómo marca la ley, sobre todo en Benalmádena, y que tampoco es ni bonito ni apropiado insultar a la gente que les dice que se la ni bonito ni apropiado insultar a la gente que le pide al su personal que se la pongabonito insultar a la gente que le dice que se la ponga.

Stay away from this company, you will not last more than a few months at most. Really toxic environment, unhelpful or totally absent team leaders, employees crying in the bathroom, ancient and complicated computer systems, and unobtainable bonuses are just a few reasons why people quit so fast. The mango project is the worst of them all.

The first one in the training group to quit is always the smartest.

Contacto de obra y servicio hasta que por ley no te lo tienen que cambiar, una vergüenza

La peor empresa del mundo. Me despidieron porque según la empresa me quedaba más horas en el descanso los domingos, y ni siquiera trabajo los domingos, me llamaron mientras trabajaba para despedirme sin decirme nada más. Y con mentiras en la carta de despido, Simplemente para no pagarme antigüedad ni hacerme fija. Dan vergüenza.

This is the worst customer service where you can work.

This company use the employees during their probation period and dumps them later after.

I had to go to the administration one day and warned my manager 2 days in advance and they only told me afterward that I had to catch-up these hours or it would be deducted from my salary.

Absolutely no consideration and lazy managing staff who don't even bother talking to you.

And the salary is of course the lowest you can possibly imagine.
I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
