Yurbban Passage Hotel & Spa, Barcelona

Pésima experiencia en el Hotel Yurbban Barcelona. La relación calidad/precio no existe en absoluto. La bienvenida por parte del recepcionista Marc fue agradable con el ofrecimiento de una copa de champán a la llegada.
Teníamos la habitación 102. La habitación es muy pequeña, pero el inconveniente es que no está insonorizada en absoluto. Se oye absolutamente todo lo que pasa fuera, portazos, voces, pasos. Y lo mejor es que la habitación está al lado de la sala de profesores, por lo que los ruidos no cesan. Se lo hicimos a Marc, el recepcionista, que no ofreció ninguna solución al problema y ni siquiera se disculpó. Es una pena. Por tanto, pagamos más de 300 euros por noche por una habitación sin poder dormir tranquilos. Este hotel no es digno de su precio ni siquiera de la profesión de hotelero. A huir.
Los grupos de remolque son demasiado pequeños y no tienen interés.

Me encontré con un viejo amigo de la escuela por un par de días en Barcelona. Me encantó la ciudad y este hotel hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy buena. Una bienvenida muy cálida desde el primer momento, con una copa de cava e instrucciones muy claras. Los extras del hotel lo hicieron aún mejor: un techo brillante con vistas a la ciudad, una bonita zona de spa y probablemente lo mejor para nosotros fue la posibilidad de tomar prestadas las bicicletas del hotel. Esto supuso un cambio de juego, ya que recorrimos una gran parte de la ciudad y no necesitábamos utilizar el transporte público. La ubicación era genial, y queso y vino gratis de 6: 30 a 7: 30 todas las noches fue una idea encantadora y realmente agradable. Sin duda volvería si vuelvo a Barcelona. La actitud del personal es muy amable y positiva.

El servicio es 5/5, ¡la gente de recepción es increíble! ¡Son realmente amables y siempre te darán recomendaciones increíbles! Las habitaciones son bonitas, pero la nuestra tiene una ventana muy pequeña y no fue muy agradable.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The room was great. It was very clean, lots of natural light, nice balcony, comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. The rooftop was amazing (too cold to get in the pool, but we enjoyed lounging around with sangria and enjoyed the view). It was an easy walk to the Gothic Quarter, and we were able to walk to other places we wanted to visit as well.

Excelente fin de semana, desconecté de la rutina y el ritmo acelerado de cada día. Pude vivir la experiencia completa: spa, social hour, la habitación increible, cenita en su propuesta 'Plat Unic', momento con vistas desde el rooftop, y al día siguiente el mejor desayuno de hotel que he visto y probado en mi vida. Tanto los espacios como la calidez de las personas del hotel fue magnífica.

Great place to stay in Barcelona.near the city centre. Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, great shower and a tasty breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. Fantastic roof top pool and terrace. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants.

Great hotel, very well equipped and maintained. Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Carla)

Room was really nice. Guests only get 30 minutes spa time included, so not enough for 15 minute steam and 15 minute sauna then chill out for 10 mins. Plus there’s no clock in there and they’re very strict on the 30 mins so you find yourself being kicked out which isn’t a nice feeling. Should be 40 minutes minimum I think.

Lovely hotel. Very well located, rooms not big but very clean and stylish. Very good breakfast and dîner. Friendly staff. We were here with 2 kids and enjoyed the hotel and the spa. Would definitely choose this hotel again

I really enjoyed my stay at Yurbban Passage Hotel and Spa. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is great and walking distance to a lot of attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast is delicious. I really appreciated the little touches like a fortune cookie with a letter to check up on guests and make sure that their stay is pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here if I visit Barcelona again!

Great stay, clean room, nice bar, fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, great rooftop swimming pool. Staff pays attention to details.

Spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel. Marjorie and the front desk team couldn't have been more helpful and had excellent restaurant recommendations. They sorted Barca tickets which were sold out online. Shout out too for the friendy bar staff. And that view from the rooftop pool!

Great stay in your hotel. Very nice & accommodating welcome (keeping our luggage for ex). Free of charge wine & cheese available in the bar end of afternoon was a very well appreciated intention. Rooms were nice, quiet & cozy. People at the reception were always nice & available, whatever was our request. Last, location was perfect: Not too far from La Rambla but not to close, avoiding street noise.
All our group of 12 people really enjoyed.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Staff very friendly. It has a roof top bar with a pool which is worth spending a few hours at.
The roof top bar should probably offer some food choices

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel exceptionnel. Personnel très agréable et attentionné, decoration et ambiance lounge et design, roof top magnifique, coin spa relaxant, petit déjeuner succulent et buffet varié et copieux avec spécialités catalanes.que demander de plus!

Spa petit però molt agradable. Massatges fantàstics. Al centre de Barcelona no es pot demanar gaire més.
Habitacions en bon estat, tot l'edifici amb molt bon gust i obres d'art per les zones comunes. Esmorzar molt complet.
A dalt hi ha una terrassa amb vistes a Barcelona i una piscina espectacular.

SPA complet smb massatge de 50 min. Bon tracte i habitació petita però ben equipada. Per repetir.

Amazing location and really perfect rooms. Service from everyone is outstanding. The busy road location does mean the rooms at the front are a little noisy at night. We stayed with our young daughter who want fussed by the noise.

Hotel itself very nice, breakfast misses healthy options, staff is mostly friendly - but one lady at the reception (blonde hair) forgot who is the customer - even came to our room 20 minutes past checkout time to discuss when we are leaving and did not stop so we had to close the door on her- before that she called us 5 times. Not customer friendly at all unfortunately. Otherwise very good location and modern rooms.
