Air Rooms Madrid Airport By Premium Traveller opiniones
50Located on the lowest level of terminal 4 (took 30-45min of waiting and free shuttle bus ride to transfer from T2 arrival). Has a private shower, desk, and mini fridge. Perfect for my next day bus ride out from this terminal.
Called in advance while still in US and was told there would be a room. Arrived and was told, none available.
I would not recommend.
Excelente ubicación. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas.
Se siente un poco de ruido pero es lógico al estar dentro del aeropuerto.
Not a very pleasant place. Sits in the middle of the airport with no windows and difficult to find.breakfast isn’t served before 6am, which sort of defeats the purpose of these kinds of hotels.
Be aware the hotel is based in terminal 4, and it can be difficult to get to terminals 1-3 late at night or very early in the morning
Premium price for convenience, room cost per night similar to much more luxurious options. Very average room. Staff is helpful and polite. Overall disappointed with the room. The only real advantage is that it is in the airport terminal when you need to travel early or arriving late for a follow up connection.
Watch out - you think you book a room but you might only book a shower!
I booked only what I thought would be a room for some hours at 52 Euros. However, it turned out looking at the fine print that I only booked a shower. Of course, the 52 Euros were non-refundable and I had to pay extra to get a bed on the side of the shower. I have to admit that it is in the fine print - but it is very misleading.
The best thing about this place is the location - inside Terminal T4. The room is as small as possible, with little noise isolation. The service is good - but the price is high
Super conveniente, limpio y cómodo. Un poco caro para un hotel tan sencillo por eso 4 estrellas
Go down to floor -1 before you pass through security (the hotel is in the basement where the metro trains are).
Rooms are clean and fresh, no windows so perfect for a sleeping / resting pit stop if you’re on a marathon travel adventure. No noise from other rooms but you’ll hear the rumble from the metro- it’s actually rather soothing instead of disturbing tho.
Room service menu is functional rather than a gastronomic delight but reasonably priced. (Writing this in 2021 so most restaurants before security are closed so the options are room service, a vending machine or schlepping up to departures for Macdonald’s.)
Easy to check in, easy to check out, quiet and pleasant staff. Would stay again!
Excelente lugar para pernoctar en el aeropuerto de Madrid sin salir del mismo. Muy buen establecimiento limpio y la atención del personal excelente
Very expensive for small rooms with no windows, poor wifi, room service personnel is good but food is just coming out of a tin.for that price I was expecting high quality like an Hyatt or Hilton at least. Toi bad because location is perfect.
Must say that it was nice and clean, but could do with a bit more sound proofing. As you can hear the metro train passing.
The breakfast bag was very nice and arrive on the dot at 09: 00 as requested
Very good, very comfortable and clean, accommodated our request for breakfast (it was good and health) to arrive early and it was right on time.
Priced high for what they are, but if you have a flight cancellation and need a place to stay for 9 hours they have a bed and a shower that's very clean. The food is even pretty reasonable.
Zimmer ohne Fenster. 5 estrellas
Very very bad. Very noisy Police Intervention from 1h00 to 4h15.
Very sad experience. And the worst thing is I must an another night.
Never, never again.
Maybe I'm too used to South-East Asia, and South America, but this place seems a tad too expensive - over 200€ for a 4 hour nap in-between flights seems quite excessive to me ️. Afaik they're the only pre-checkin place there, but while they're very well located, it's quite difficult to find them and both their website and Maps listing don't offer much help (to get there take all stairs downstairs you can find, and once you see a bunch of car rental places, you need to make a sharp U-turn and walk alongside the escalator you just took).
Overall, it seems like a place with great potential, but the difficulty of finding it, and quite inflexible pricing turn it into a quite odd value proposition/market fit: if I fly business or first, I'll sleep on board or Uber to nearby (and cheaper) Pullman, Novotel, Hilton or Marriott, if I fly economy why would I spend half, or third of the flights price on a nap?
Needs better directions for travelers hard to find even though its just under arrivals in T4 no signage for hotel
Great for a stopover on flights all night food services limited range
Rooms good easy access and clean
Overall good services
