Efectivamente, Carlos. Las cantidades que puse variaban unos 20€. Disculpa porque no fuesen exactas. Y totalmente de acuerdo contigo que vivimos en un mercado libre: si quieres aceptas y si no, no. Simple. Mi reseña es para dar mi opinión sobre algo que me parece, en mi opinión y hablando claro, de coña.

Mi pregunta fué clara: ¿Por qué en vuestras clínicas requerís de una consulta médica antes de realizar un PCR cuando este test requiere de prácticamente 10 segundos y ningún tipo de revisión/chequeo anterior? La respuesta de la telefonista fué, después de un silencio de varios segundos, la que yo comento. No hay más.

What a nice experience. The doctor was so humble. He speaks English very well unlike other hospitals. I am satisfied by all the service i found.

Great clinic if you need English-speaking doctors and staff. Went with a family to see Dr. Pérez de Isla. He was very courteous and thorough. The service is excellent.

In the early part of 2018, I had a medical interview with Dr Gonzalez de la Cruz for a U. S.visa. Well, I have made a point to return to submit a review. After waiting nearly 10 months for the visa, the medical formed a key part. The Dr treated me with the utmost of respect, made the effort to speak English and was very pleasant. Sir, I thank you for this kind interaction and I wish you all the very best to you and yours. In addition, there was a very nice nurse who is also a credit to your business.

The person I initially spoke with who took my information was very kind and helpful. Dr. Reverte arrived promptly and was great and thorough. Would highly recommend if you are feeling too ill to leave your hostel or accommodation!

Really nice clinic for foreign English speakers. I needed to get some vaccinations before a trip to Africa. I went in during the day but they didn’t have the vaccinations available. They ordered the vaccinations and one arrived within 30 minutes so they said I could have that one now and come back on Saturday when the other arrived. The nurse was very nice and professional and realised she had the other vaccine that was ordered for another patient but they didn’t need it straight away so she did both at the same time saving me coming back. While I was with the administrator paying for the vaccines she noticed I was coughing and asked if I was okay. I told her that I had a flu recently and that my chest was still painful but I didn’t think it was anything serious. She organised for me to see the doctor quickly free of charge just to make sure everything was fine. The doctor saw me pretty much straight away and was very nice and professional. Everything is very clean and nice. All the staff speak English well. Good option if you need a Doctor in Madrid.

Firstly, Dr. Reverte and the nurses deserve a 5* rating! I'm giving 3*, because of billing errors. I scheduled a visit for blood test and GP's visit, and Dr. Reverte, and they were able to fit me in within 2days. Dr. Reverte was warm and empathetic, a great listener and excellent bedside manner! He examined me thoroughly, with a strep throat test (as I had a sore throat) and took a good 45min -1hr. The nurse who took my blood test (Sally?) is friendly and professional, the needle barely hurt and was over in 10sec!

Everything was great until I had to pay - when making my appointment, I explicitly listed all the blood tests I need AND confirm it will be €50. At billing, they charged €85! Of course I showed them the email confirmation from booking, and they simply apologized but insisted on the price.
