Apartamentos Alcocer 43, Madrid

Hasta el día de ayer estuve en este edificio por una estadía de tres Meses. La verdad mis mejores vacaciones, junto a mi bebe de 6 meses y mi hija de dos años! El personal del edificio Son todos muy amigables y atentos. Una de las cosas que más me gusto es que me sentía en casa! Es solo llegar con las maletas y ya, luego vas al Super y haces la compra y ya está convertido en un verdadero hogar. Aparte de los restaurantes que hay cerca de la zona, la cual cabe mencionar es una muy buena zona, bien comunicada con metro, autobuses y siempre hay taxis pasando! La verdad me encanto! Si regreso a madrid, 100% seguro me

I'm not pretentious, but the place has serious issues. I did not expected an air-bnb, but at least I expected the place to be cleaned beforehand and have a roll toilet paper.there was none, no toilet brush either, and a foul stench was coming from the pipes. The bedroom was located right next to the bathroom and it smelled too. The mattress was uneven and hard to sleep on. The walls are thin, and one night I could hear the neighbor's phone.vibrating. The kitchenette had the bare minimum, a few plates, ustensils, sink, a small fridge, microwave and electric stove, but no oven. Make sure you get yourself some garbage bags, sponge and dish detergent, because there is none. A washing machine is squeezed in there, buy detergent if you want to use it. The living room was actually pleasant, some coffee tables and couches. There's a small tv, and air conditioning. The wifi uses an account system and it's the worst. Only 2 devices can be connected at once (per day) and the speeds are terrible. Good for social media, but not much else. Overall the place stinks (literally), but i'm giving 2 stars for the location.
