Aspasios Calle Mayor Apartments, Madrid

És un bloc d'apartaments molt cèntric al bell mig de Madrid, però apartat del carrers més transitats. Les habitacions són insonoritzades i no sents pràcticament el soroll de l'exterior o dels altres hostes. El pis és força nou, molt net i amb 2 aires condicionats. A més, té ascensor i tot l'equipament i estris per cuinar.

Hotel/Apartments are closed due to Covid 19. Aspasios Calle Mayor Apartments Madrid will not offer me a credit note to travel at a new date later in the year! They said i booked a non refundable rate (i don't want a refund) and no amendments (i can't stay in Madrid because property is closed, flights cancelled). So they are happy to take all my money and twice they reply that they won't help to offer me a credit even though I want to go on a future date! They expect i should pay it all again! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, terrible customer care

Excelente ubicación, amplio departamento con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Todo limpio y con buenos detalles.

The walls are extremely thin in the apartment. It looks nice but is not functional. The showers were not consistently hot - always ran hot & cold which was not fun. The second shower completely flooded - the drain was blocked. The airconditioning didn't work. We were told we would be charged 30% prepayment and the rest up front on arrival. This did not happen - we were charged 30% prepayment and then had to pay 100% on arrival. So we were out of pocket 780 euros for 14 days.

Nice place, great-unbelievable location. Very warm atmosphere and great serviceability of stuff. We were in big flat at 3d floor. Clean place with all accessories for comfort living. One cons, is that hot water is not relay hot. Thanks for all!

If you need to find good family hotel (me, wife and 2 sons) it is good decision place. Several fresh market is located at Apartment (Especially DIA market and so on). Also Plaza de Maylor, I take two min.by walk from there.

We just arrived and the place is all covered up to be painted. They didn't tell us in advance and refuse to give us a discount. It costs 650 euros for 3 nights in Madrid. This is not what we were expecting.

Best location, which could be the reason for the noisy street, especially late night hence it was difficult to get good sleep. The late checkin instructions were great, so it was easy to get in the apartment. On the day of checkout, the receptionist said she will be there at 9am. However, she didn't come in till 9: 30am & then spent another 5-10 minutes getting settled. Ordinarily this won't have been an issue, but we were running late to catch our train, so every minute counted.

Future improvement I would suggest is to provide instructions for the appliances to the apartment, since people come from different countries and may not have used the same laundry machine before.

Awesome location and a great room. We had a balcony overlooking Calle Mayor and it was right across the street from the Plaza Mayor. Lots of places to eat and to get souvenirs near by. Had a wonderful time in Madrid, wish I could have stayed longer

Chouette espace en soupente en plein coeur de Madrid. Cuisine très bien équipée, il manque une bouilloire pour chauffer de l'eau. J'aurais trouvé utile que les sanitaires soient nettoyés une fois durant le séjour. Je recommande ces appartements.

Excelente ubicación, detalles que hacen a una buena estadía como café, te, galletas. También hay lavadora y ellos te facilitan el jabón para lavar. Volvería sin dudas!

Alloggio in posizione eccellente, bel pulito, comodo con la metropolitane SOL, vicino quasi a tutto, unica nota negativa il nostro appartamento non aveva una bella visuale, perché all'interno del cortile che si affacciava sul muro. Comunque lo consiglio, Savino

Strategic apartment in the middle of the city. Next to Puerta de Sol and Sol Metro station (+/- 100 m). Variety foods like KFC, BK, Steak House, Tapas Bar, Famous Bakery and Maket (E Corte Ingles).

Place of interest only a few minutes form (Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Villa, Mercado of San Miguel).

Good staff, helpfully, speed service. They are fixed our door room while we had a key problem. Finish at the same day. None stay 24 hours in apartement, bur the emergency call works so well.

The room itself was spasios with extra sofa bed and I like the smart washing machine. Very quick clean. Big refridgerator and helpful kitchen. The bahtroom was too small but thanks for the bidet.

The wi-fi.good enough but not as fast enough.

The apartement in the city center. I have accept the reality: noisy when the weekend coming. But It is ok for me.

Suitable for couples and family with kids or baby. Very efficient. But not good for solo traveller.

L’emplacement et L’appartement étaient magnifiques, mais malheureusement les installations ne sont pas à la hauteur.
La machine à vaisselle n’a pas fonctionné depuis notre rentrée dans l’appartement, chose qui nous a obligés à laver à la main la vaisselle, alors qu’on a fait une réclamation
Ils manquaient aussi des petites cuillères, têtière,
La chose qui était insupportable, c’est le bruit des unités extérieures des climatiseurs installés, au moins il fallait installer des verres anti bruit dans les fenêtres et les portes des balcons (ils étaient installés juste à coté des fenêtres des chambres à coucher)
Les gents de la réception étaient très gentille et pour essayer de compenser l’affaire de la machine à vaisselle, ils nous ont fait le nettoyage de toute l’appartement la vaille de notre départ.
Ces appartement moi personnellement je peux les recommandées à tout mes connaissance seulement il faut revoir tout les installations.

Nel pieno centro di Madrid, questo condominio offre appartamenti di media grandezza molto ben tenuti e puliti. Anche se si affacciano su Calle Mayor il traffico non disturba. La cucina è completa e accessoriata. Aria condizionata sia nella salotto che nelle camere da letto. Ricordate che se avete un'auto, potete parcheggiare solo nei parcheggi interrati. Per fortuna ce n'è uno con ingresso proprio dall'altro lato della strada. Vista la posizione e la comodità, è super consigliato.

We've been at Aspasios two times, one in Barcelona and the second in Madrid. The service at both were great. The apartment at Madrid was very well located, 2 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol station, lot of shops nearby. The service at Plaza Mayor Apartments are very good, the flat is very well equipped and the team at the reception are great. We hope to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspasios Apartments. We had 2 rooms - 1br + 3br - both were very clean, well furnished and just perfect for our holiday in Madrid. Close to the San Miguel markets, metro station, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Appreciated the washer to avoid us going to a laundromat and paying high prices AND air con in every room (needed in Summer). Reception was very helpful and easy check-in process.

Really nice. I think my wife said it all when she said, “I could easily stay here for a month “. Big living area in the 1 bedroom. All appliances, including dishwasher. You cannot beat the location.

Amazing location, right in the middle of everything. If you are going to Madrid for Touristic reasons with family I will strongly recommend this. The staff is wonderful and the place is clean and has all you need. You don’t need to rent a car if you stay at this place!
