Bordonclinic - Dental Clinic in Madrid

Servicio excelente y buena atención al cliente. Empecé a ir sólo para una limpieza de boca hace 4 años y ya desde entonces decidí hacer todo con ellos: cedula, empastes, etc. Son muy profesionales.

Estoy muy muy muy agradecido a Javier, responsable de la clínica dental Bordonclinic, por el trato de excelencia que he recibido, amabilidad y profesionalidad demostrada en todo momento sobre mi tratamiento. Me ha hecho unas carillas magníficas, calidad/precio insuperable. Muchísimas gracias al equipo.

I can’t recommend Bordonclinic. I traveled to Bordonclinic to get a root canal and crown. Everything went smoothly, staff was great and friendly. 2 months later, I was experiencing sensitivity on the same tooth— but WHY? Root canal was already complete. Turns out the ‘specialist’ missed two canals that my dentist in the US identified. Crown was poorly placed and the canals that had been filled were filled poorly. Dr. Javier refuses to take accountability, even said he disagreed with the diagnosis, even though x-rays clearly show additional canals. I had high hopes for this clinic, as they are recommended highly, even by the US embassy on their list of healthcare professionals. This is going to cost me more to have it retreated and get a new crown. If you’re traveling from the US and on vacation in Madrid, considering getting some work done. Just spend the extra money to go to a US trained Endodontist/dentist. You may end up saving yourself money in the long run with higher quality dental treatment.

I would like to also express my admiration for the dental team here. I was in Madrid for a trip this fall when I had a dental emergency (I had an infection under a filling: it was really excruciating). They saw me within an hour - and performed a root canal that afternoon! (My dentist in America said the specialist did *very* good work.) I managed to make it through the rest of the week with my temporary filling - this clinic really saved my trip. They spoke English well; were kind and knowledgeable; and very reasonable in terms of cost. Highly recommended.

La mejor clínica dental en la que he estado nunca. Yo desde luego no voy a ir nunca más a otra.

En un primer momento muy bien. Me puse el aparato Invisalign con ellos.la duración del tratamiento era de un año y medio y lo financie a un año. Durante el primer año iba cada mes y medio aproximadamente pero una vez que termine de pagar, me vio dos veces y cada vez me dio ferulas para 3 meses. El último día, cuando fui a por los retenedores ni siquiera me vio la ortodoncista. Pregunté por el precio de los retenedores a la mujer de recepción porque me sorprendía que me cobraba lo mismo por el retenedor de abajo que por la funda de arriba y me contestó que sí, sin mirarme siquiera. Cogiendo la tarjeta mientras hablaba por teléfono con otra persona.
