Un sitio precioso, con todo el aroma y sabor de los locales antiguos de Madrid. Unas cañas muy bien tiradas con un aperitivo muy rico, eso sí el local está siempre lleno, pero es totalmente recomendable

Visitamos este lugar cada vez que vamos a Madrid. Torradas, quesos, tapas, ensaladas, vinos. Muy buena calidad, raciones generosas y buen servicio. Muy recomendable. Repetiremos.

Solo me gustaría comentar sobre el excelente servicio brindado por el empleado. Lugar muy concurrido y aún así era una persona muy receptiva y sumamente competente.

Es el lugar más simple perfecto y pintoresco de Madrid. Si queres sentarte hay que ir temprano y sino paciencia. Es genial.

Super local place with great and cheap wines and amazing cheeses! The rest of the finger food is good as well! Get there early, because within 30 min after opening, the entire place was full and people keep eyeing your table. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. If you want the local Madrid bar experience, you have to come here

Absolutely one of the best wine and cheese bars in Madrid. It’s narrow but cozy. Get there when they open to be sure and get a place. They fill up so fast. The wine selection is amazing and covers all regions of Spain. The Toro red we had was incredible and €25 per bottle. The crianza/syrah was ok but only €15 per bottle. The cheese late allowed for five selections from their extensive menu. Most are award winners in Spain. My favorite is a creamy blue called Flor de Mahazul. Delicious! The tomato dish has oil and oregano and appear to use heirloom tomatoes that are perfectly ripe and delicious. The toasty bread they offer is excellent. To top it all off we had a great waitress who was attentive and cheerful and a joy to be around. Hidden in the La Latina neighborhood this is not found by many tourists.

Descubrimos este sitio hace unos años para tomar el aperitivo antes de la comida de empresa. Nos fascinaron sus platos de queso (menudas opciones màs ricas para conformar una tabla a tu gusto) y resto de aperitivos para abrir boca y acompañar los vinos (que por cierto era distintos del "sota- caballo- rey" de siempre y nos parecieron un acierto). Despacho de vinos pequeño, acogedor y genial para tener una buena charla o rato entre amigos.

Traditional place in Madrid. Very good for tapas and drinking. Vermut and good wines must be in the table as tradition's required. Good cheese tapas.

Maravillosa la chica pelirroja que trabaja aquí. Que maravilla de actitud, que sonrisa, que ganas de hacer las cosas bien. Gracias por contratarla.

Taberna centenaria que sobrevive al paso del tiempo con una selección gourmet de quesos nacionales, una variada carta de tostas y una una destacada bodega (por copas o botellas).

Sitio increíble con comida y personal insuperable. Da gusto siempre que voy llevo a amigos y salen encantados es mi sitio favorito de Madrid

Mucha variedad de vinos y quesos. El lacon buenísimo. Trato excelente. Buena relación calidad precio. Se pueden pedir medias raciones de todo.

Un lugar de referencia en Latina y en la Calle Calatrava.
Excelentes vinos, quesos y tostas.
Pero lo mejor, el trato.
Imprescindible.

Te llama la atención por su ambiente a bodega antigua, pero este romanticismo se evapora cuando tienes que esperar 45 minutos para dos matrimonios y media ración de payoyo. Si protestas por la tardanza te dicen que solo están dos personas para todo, y que las comandas van por orden, así que cuando te toque. No hay más.así que haya nunca.

Locale madrileno con pochi orpelli e tanta qualità. Dietro l’aspetto burbero del gestore c’è pure cortesia. Tostada salmon y helado de wasabi è qualcosa di unico.

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolle Auswahl an Weinen, sehr freundliches Personal, eine klassische spanische Taverna! Sehr zu empfehlen

This is one of my most favorite places in Madrid to eat. The staff was so helpful, even though our Spanish is very poor. It was busy, so they had us with the bar for maybe 10 minutes, and then seated us at a table. They have a cheese menu that is out of this world. We had the recommended red wine, cava of the house, and vermut. The vermut was the best I’ve had so far in my trip to Spain. I don’t give out five stars easily, but this was so much fun and the food was so good that it deserves the five stars.

Local restaurant that didn’t have tourists, something that I liked and their food was very delicious. I loved trying the different types of cheese plate, the tomato place was also delicious.
Next time visiting I would go for the jamón instead of the beef plate which was too strong flavored for us.

Sitio pintoresco y encantador, en la Latina, que te traslada a los bares de hace años.
Amabilidad y buena atención. Hay que ir pronto porque enseguida se llena.
