Excellent restaurant! Si ca ne tenais qu'à moi j'aurais bien pris le menu en 14 étapes mais bon je ne pensais pas avoir la place. Les plats sont très bien équilibré entre les différentes saveur ce qui rend l'expérience unique. Il ne s'agit pas d'un restaurant familial le cadre n'est pas prévu pour mais pour une soirée en couple ça garantit des étincelles

What a great dinner. Starting from the welcome all was excellent to meticulous detail. The presentation, in the multitude of different plates / crockery, was a work of art on its own. One leaves the restaurant floating with the feeling of a great eve out. Well done!

Our second time at Cebo and what an amazing experience! Excellent reception and service. The Somos Cebo menu is very creative and has fantastic combinations of flavour and presentation. The wine pairing was fantastic and had some very surprising selections. I will definitely return next time I'm in Madrid and would recommend everyone to visit!

Excepcional, sin lugar a dudas está en el top de estrellas, si estás dudando entre varias estrellas, sin duda añádelo en la lista de finalistas, no te arrepentirás. De los más ricos, mejor sala y atención que hemos estado. Enhorabuena:)

Ho cenato qualche tempo fa in questo ristorante che era molto raccomandato. Ho preso il menu sui "nostri classici", sinceramente dopo un ottimo inizio con gli antipasti ed anche i primi, dopo è stato davvero una delusione una cosa che ho trovato un errore piuttosto evidente è stata l'accompagnamento della melanzana con un filetto di carne che aveva avuto un passaggio in disidratazione, la carne sarebbe stata davvero una sinfonia, se non fosse stata rovinata totalmente dall'amaro della melanzana ed altri condimenti che hanno creato più confusione nel gusto e nel piatto. Altro appunto sui piatti lo faccio alla portata con l'embrione di uovo, credo sia stato molto un azzardo più scenografico, soprattutto perché svelato alla fine della portata. Infine i dolci.premetto, dopo davvero tante portate mi aspettavo qualche piccola sfiziosità e niente più. In realtà nel menu erano presenti due dolci ed un carrè di altri piccoli dolcetti (secondo me molto eccessivi e molto vicini a delle caramelle), in ogni caso i dolci li ho trovati poco centrari sul menù proposto e soprattutto non del livello che mi aspettavo per questo tipo di ristorante. Quindi doñci davvero da dimenticare.
Quindi do una stella perché per il livello del ristorante e del prezzo non ritengo che il menù sia stato all'altezza di queste aspettative.

Fuimos a comer un viernes al mediodia, era nuestro primer restaurante con estrella. La experiencia fue de lo más positiva.producto de alto nivel tratado a alto nivel. Una experiencia que merece la pena.

Really enjoyed the food. Recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. If you're ever in Madrid and looking for a nice dinner this is definitenly one of the best places!

We celebrated our birthday with my sister but it was absolutely worth it! We got an amazing culinary experience at Cebo Madrid! We are grateful for our waitress, Dovile, for her professional services, for her courtesy and efficiency, to Jacinto Domenech for his excellent performance as sommelier and of course for all the staff from the kitchen who made that magical dinner. We really enjoyed the Somos menu with the classic wine recommendation. Every plate and every bite was an amazing gastro-adventure. Absolutely recommended to all those who want a really Michelin star experience. Aurelio Morales is a real artist!

Visiting Spain this past summer, our group of two families wanted to share a Michelin star dining experience with our children. Cebo could not have been more accommodating! We had our own private dining area which was great for the kids and our server was wonderful, and patient. (sorry I forgot her name)
We ordered the full tasting menu with wine pairing and the basic tasting menu for the children. Wow wow wow is all I can say! It was an amazing culinary experience all the way around. The food was presented beautifully, tasted amazing and the service was top notch. The kids made Thank you cards for the chef and he even came out for a photo! It was all around an unforgettable experience! Thanks CebO!

Mi marido me llevo a cenar allí por mi cumpleaños, todo estupendo y con todo lujo de detalles. Me he sentido super bien y muy agradecida por la sorpresa.

Ha sido la experiencia gastronómica más impactante que he vivido hasta ahora. Comida y sabores sorprendentes y muy equilibrados, servicio muy atento y amable sin llegar a ser abrumador y maridaje perfecto. El menu somos + maridaje alma ha sido la combinación perfecta.

We went to CEBO for lunch and oh mine we were in for an amazing experience. The food service was amazing! Our server was very knowledgeable, the food was well presented. Every serving plate gives us different experience. The lunch took 2+ hours so if you decide to come in for an experience, do plan to spend time here. It’s well worth it!

Really good food, a lil bit way to lousy for a michelin restaurant. But delicious food, no no.no not african or oriental at all, don't let the silly decoration fool you. Service is not.overwhleming so its really cosy.

Gran resturante, gran trato del personal y excelente menú (muy buena relación calidad precio). Cocina de producto con algunos platos sublimes. Pedimos el menú largo y salimos redondos. A destacar la atención del sumillie, fue muy majete con nosotros.
