No me ha gustado en absoluto el trato al cliente por parte de Graciela cuando he ido a recoger nuestros pasaportes. No volvería y no recomiendo a nadie este servicio por esta razón. Hay que saber tratar a los clientes. La próxima vez iremos a otro sitio.

After the visa was granted Cap 270 tried to discount 687 euros from our account, without informing us of the fact visa is ready or the amount and obviously the payment never being authorised by us. We never sought an executive service and they could not show proof of us ever signing to it but they insisted we should pay for it. Then, in breach of many EU & Spanish laws, they blackmailed us either to pay or that they won't release the passport and NIE number. We had to threaten to go to the police. So in the end we paid about 400 euros for a 5-day service, at least 130 more than we paid on a separate occasion with MIC Visados for a 3-day service - I'd recommend MIC Visados any time. Although they sorted the visa, considering the lack of price transparency and eventual blackmail, I would give CAP 270 the award for worst service ever received!

Yo daría 6 estrellas si podría. La atención al cliente era fenomenal. He usado el Servicio Ejecutivo, y Miguel y Antonio me han hablado conmigo por teléfono y email, y han resuelto todos mis preguntas y han conseguido mi visado lo mas rápido que posible. Muy recomendado.
