Necesitaba una prueba para viajar en avión pedí cita y todo perfecto cita para el día siguiente que es lo que quería por la mañana llegue y me lo hicieron y por la tarde ya tenía el mail con el resultado. Todo perfecto

Encantada, estuvieron muy atentos al teléfono cuando pedí la cita y el día anterior para confirmar. El día de la prueba, la enfermera llegó puntual y me hizo el test con mucho cuidado y fue muy amable explicándome en qué consistía la prueba, la sensación que podría tener así como el resultado. Muy profesionales, si tengo que hacerme otro recurriré a ellos. Gracias!

The guy on the phone spoke English very badly. He told us the testing center was open on Sundays until 6 o’clock, so we drove there - turns out it was completely closed. We then let the receptionist arrange an appointment to come to our hotel room. He was half an hour too late. One quick antigene test was 80€ - probably one of the most expensive you can find. Maybe it was because of the language barriers but the guy who came wasn’t very friendly either.

Edit after EnferPuntual's response: I have reproduced our experience exactly as we have felt it, so I think the statement my review is "sin sentido alguno" a little harsh. First of all, I sent a message to the number given on Whatsapp days in advance and received the automatic reply, which never mentioned that appointments had to be made in advance. We used the link given in the message and went there (Calle de la Vereja, 30), after calling again beforehand and asking if we could go there that spontaneously. On site we then called again to ask why no one is there and it was just repeatedly claimed to be open, yet there were barriers in front of the door that was clearly the right one because we saw the logo etc. I can understand your argument, it is true that you never claimed to speak English. Since I can understand Spanish but unfortunately not speak much, I had the feeling that the gentleman on the phone and I actually understood each other. We chose your services because we saw the flyer in the hotel and trusted that we would get good service at a good price. With most other providers we have seen prices around 60€ (for exactly the same home service). In fact, the antigen tests can be done free of charge at any pharmacy in Germany - and yes, also on holidays. We didn't want any more expensive home service, which is why we didn't book it from the start. In addition, I have a different view of professional conduct. As mentioned earlier, the gentleman was quite late. Another example of that would be that we should write down our phone number. I looked for something to write on in the hotel until the gentleman held out a sheet of paper, which later turned out to be the back of one of my personal documents. I also consider that unprofessional. It's true that with the help of the test result we were able to fly home again. To maybe refine my review: Yes, we got the test we needed to travel. However, I would not recommend the service to tourists. The communication was extremely misleading and the entire process could have been more professional according to our requirements. Our very personal gut feeling was that we were ripped off a little, so I was quite angry. But to be completely fair, we are just used to a way more convenient process.
To clarify one more thing: the hotel never contacted us after the review. So personally, I cannot confirm that you called several times to inquire about this experience.
