I want to make a huge complaint about this rental motorhome place. THE SERVICE IS AWFUL. I will tell you why…

I have rented a motorhome for one week when I stayed in Spain for holidays, spending around 700 euros. At the beginning everything seems to be nice, and the motorhome seems to be ok, but then, I’ve realized it was not like this. There were some details about the caravan inside that were not so good. On the driver seat, a zip was there to join some plastics (see photo). Also, no sheets were included (after I have asked by email).

The first night (Friday) was cold, so I decided to turn on the heat, and it didn’t work, so on Saturday, I sent a whatsapp message to EuropMotorhome, but nobody answered to me.

I thought I was doing something wrong, but when on Saturday I took a shower, the water was freezing cold! So, no heat and not hot water with temperatures around 4 C in the morning, and during the night…. I checked with the Motorhome manual, and I did everything as it was explained there (and also checked it using Youtube videos). After all that research (some hours being spent on that), I realized that the motorhome battery was almost dead . The only option I found to have some heating and hot water is by turning on the motorhome engine which consumed gasoil…:/

On Saturday, I sent another whatsapp message, and of course, nobody answered to me. Also, in the motorhome I discovered that the air on/off selector was not working, so I decided to take a picture, to let them know.

On Monday, I sent other whatsapp messages, and the answers they gave to me were not working  They didn’t collaborate to  solve my issues; or even worse, they didn’t answer to my messages (after 3 nights of having cold temperatures, no heating nor hot water).

So, I called twice to EuroMotrhome, and on one occasion, they told me they will call me back, and that didin’t happen. Three hours later, I called again and I talked to Luis (a manager of EuroMotorhome), and his answers were AWFUL… again. He gave me 2 potential solutions. 1) going back to Madrid (where I picked up the motorhome) and having another one, after 4 days I was in Cordoba/Sevilla, 400kms far away from there and I will not spend any of my vacation days to go back to Madrid to have a new Motorhome.so useless solution, and the other one was that I should go to a supermarket to buy a new battery and change it by my own…and then when I returned the motorhome, after they checked the old battery, they APPARENTLY will return my money back.

And of course, I should go to a camping, based on Luis options, since I neither had hot water nor take a shower.

Also When Luis was talking to me, he was even using irony about how I did the steps to turn on the hot water or the heating system. So Service is AWFUL… and when I asked to talk to someday else, like his boss, his answered was “They are in Barcelone, and nobody answered a phone, that’s why they have employees like me to answer such phonecalls”.

Another details I will tell you… Coffee machine was DIRTY, VERY DIRTY… Inside I found a paper containing mashrooms…. SO DISGUSTING!

In conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend this rental service at all, every answer was without any solving intention, and also during the weekends in case you have any urgency, nobody will be there to help you
