Extraroom Trasteros Pacifico / Bluespace Pacífico, Madrid

Fui cliente hace 10 años. Después lo dejé porque ya no lo necesitaba y ahora he vuelto a alquilar otro trastero por necesidades de espacio en casa que todos conocemos. Buen servicio, comodidad, amabilidad, todo son ventajas.

I was very relieved to find such a good facility to store my stuff in between visiting Madrid and deciding to come back for a longer stay. The manager, (? Christian) was very helpful, calm, proactive and explained everything very clearly, notwithstanding my español todavía falta mucho! Everything is super-clean, well-organized, and easy-to-use.

One, I suppose minor, but irritating problem. When I came back to pick up my stuff and leave some other stuff, I deliberately went at an hour I knew the office would be open because I had left the contract, etc.in the storage space rather than schlep it around South America.

Except the office wasn’t open; there was just a note on the gate, giving new (reduced) hours! Perhaps just for the summer? But I think the change should have been on their website (which I had checked) and a broadcast email sent out with the changed schedule. Ditto for any changes and when things change back.

So I got stressed out and couldn’t remember my PIN because I couldn’t remember how many digits it had. In the end, a member of staff helped me out, but it wasn’t ideal. I thought I had had a round-trip taxi ride and raised blood pressure for nothing. Plus the extra cost of the taxi driver hanging around to try and help sort the situation out.

Perhaps they could indicate near the keypad ‘Please enter your six-digit PIN’ or whatever, as opposed to just ‘Please Enter your PI’. Just a suggestion. But most important, please could they keep their otherwise excellent website up to date.

Las instalaciones perfectas, como nuevas y muy limpias y el personal muy amable.
Hay varios tamaños para elegir el que necesites y la seguridad parece buena.
El precio es bastante alto si lo necesitas para periodos largos.

No te explican todo con claridad.concerte una visita en su centro de Madrid Rio y cual fue mi sorpresa que llego y ahi me dicen que el porte va a parte 170 € ah! Y el embalaje tambien aparte mas la consiguiente cuota, claro si a mi me lo llegan a decir por tf ni me acerco.ah y tambien candado que lo venden ellos por 8 o 9 €. Tengo la sensacion de haber perdido mi tiempo

Centro en calle seco N3 muy bien ubicados y muy limpios, la atención de Christian fue magnífica! Sin duda un acierto coger en EXTRAROOM TRASTEROS.
