Contratamos esta empresa para una mudanza de Madrid a Noruega, sin muebles pero con algunos objetos delicados. Muy satisfechos. La comunicación con Christopher muy clara desde el principio. Nos ajustó el precio acorde con el volumen, nos aconsejó bien y nos aclaró todas las dudas sobre aduanas. El equipo de embalaje simpático, muy efectivo y profesional. Todo llegó como esperado.

Christopher was recommended to us by a large international moving company. My daughter studying in Spain Segovia required her student room (personal belongings) to be moved to Madrid for 3rd year studies. Everything was planned early 2020 for a move of prepacked boxes end of May -13 boxes /storage/deliviery end of August. Lock down came, my daughter flew home to Germany and never the less, Christopher supported this small move with high professionality and flexibility even offering to include packing at no additional costs. The quote matched the invoice, no surprise costs, always fast professional communication, very accomodating to changes of dates due to multipule uncertainties. On delivery date 13 boxes arrived at indicated time in perfect clean condition, contents in perfect condition. The crew was very efficient, kind and fast. Hemos hecho una mudanza desde USA a un pueblo recóndito de Huesca, la mudanza era complicada por la naturaleza de los objetos, algunos de ellos delicados y desde el principio hasta el final el trato, la profesionalidad, la manipulación de los objetos etc.no ha podido ser mejor.
Nos han tenido informados en todo momento de como iba la mercancía. Altamente recomendable, repetiría sin duda.

Hemos contratado a Global Corporate Relocation en dos oportunidades. La primera fue para mudar todos los articulos de la una casa muy grande desde Madrid a Miami en el 2018. En Agosto del 2020 hemos vuelto a contratar todos sus servicios en plena pandemia y hemos mudado una oficina entera desde Madrid a Miami. El tiempo en el que llegaron fue un record total! Nos han mantenido informados todo el tiempo del estado del buque y los tiempos no han podido ser mas precisos! Christopher es muy amable y por sobre todo buena persona y resolutivo que se adapta alas necesidades de los clientes.
Todo llego impecable y en muy buen estado. Armaron todo a la llegada en Miami y siempre fue muy agradable el trato. Muy recomendables. Cumplieron fechas y todas las espectativas!

The keyword of our relocation from Barcelona to Milan is service! Starting from the communication with the office in order to get a quote by video call and all the emails and telephone calls thereafter. Always pleasant whereby our questions were answered without delay.
The moving crews in Spain as well as in Italy worked very quick, but at the same time very careful. Our goods were excellently packed, advices were given and everything was done in order to reduce the stress of a relocation as much as possible. They always went one step further. Remarkably was there friendliness and politeness to us which we enjoyed very much!

Ha tenido mi primera mudanza internacional (con casa incluida), y sólo puedo hablar bien de esta empresa. Los primeros en asesorarme correctamente (te realizan una visita para hacer un presupuesto lo más ajustado posible). Buen precio, profesional, cumplidor, y la atención excelente. Tenía millones de dudas y el ejecutivo, James Broggi, tuvo la paciencia de contestarme siempre y asesorarme de la mejor manera posible. When we were looking to move from Southern Spain to Malaysia a couple of months back, we couldn’t find any local movers that could answer our questions. We even had to call movers in the U. K! We were hoping to settle for a 20 ft container but we had things that was more, based on the survey. The other movers were happy to just quote for 20 but GCR sent us 2 quotes for ‘just in case’. So happens that COVID19 pandemic swept through Spain and we couldn’t even leave the house to donate/sell things etc. We knew we had to move with everything! So we accepted their 40 ft container offer which was reasonable.

Christopher worked very well in adapting to the situation and also with us. It was a crazy time to be moving really but we had no choice. Our new life was waiting on the other side. They have the best team! We have moved internationally so many times and therefore are pretty familiar with movers, how to pack, how they work etc. We are seasoned expats you can say.

On the first day of Phase 1 of lockdown in Spain- The guys came with their gloves, face masks, face shields and hundreds of boxes on the first day. They were friendly and yet very professional and efficient. We didn’t have to help much but we did. We liked helping to make things easier for them. We made sure they had a good supply of drinks and food, even though they brought their own! It was the least our family could do to help them work happily.

After 4 days, it was time to load the container. With a narrow street and hilly at that in Costa Del Sol, again the supervisor worked well in coordinating with the the driver. Everything was loaded carefully and by the time the lock was on the door, I was between crying and smiling with joy.

It was sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful team. One of the best team we’ve worked with in our almost 20 years of ‘every couple of years move’ experience! We would like to thank everyone at GCR Madrid for helping us move during what is the craziest time ever to move and for helping us feel calm and protected. Let’s hope we get our things finally on the other side with the same kind of reception as them!
