Hostal Paquita, Madrid

No puedo hablar del hospedaje porque no he llegado a quedarme, pero el trato por teléfono fue bastante desagradable y me hicieron una jugada cambiando el precio una vez que di la numeración de la tarjeta. No se como será el sitio pero ojo con la señora.

- pequeños dormitorios y baños
- lejos del centro: unos 40 min en transporte
- Barrio muy pobre, no hay nada alrededor.
- el dueño es un poco antipático.

Fui a Madrid a trabajar desde Elche, con mis trabajadores y no hubiese imaginado el trato recibido, la atención prestada y lo servicial que fueron las dueñas conmigo y mi equipo! Fui para trabajar y si algún día voy a Madrid de placer sin duda volveré a ese lugar!

Paquita es una persona muy agradable y habladora, te da total confianza y te abre las puertas de su casa para hacer la reserva. Una experiencia para repetir muchas veces!

Un hostal pequeñito, acogedor buen precio, y sobre todo lo que más me gustó la limpieza, recomendable.

Está muy bien.
No hay ascensor.
Bien comunicado en metro y bus, pero lejos del centro.
Todo renovado y limpio.
La dueña muy simpática.

Atención inmejorable, habitación espaciosa, cama y baño muy cómodos, si tuviera que decir algo negativo sería que las paredes no son muy gruesas por lo que se escucha a otras habitaciones.

Viaje urgente a Madrid, para pasar un día. Paquita nos esperó hasta casi las 12 de la noche para entregarnos las llaves. Habitaciones pequeñas pero funcionales, con tele, aire acondicionado y un baño excelente. Cama correcta, colchón bueno. Olvidamos cargador de móvil y cable, y a los tres días regresamos y allí estaba. Nos lo guardaron. Buena gente. Recomendable también el bar Los Granadinos de al lado de la pensión. Buena relación calidad/precio.

We can be sure that the reception was occupied and watching TV when we arrived, but refused to receive us for check-in, we tried to contact the hotel downstairs for an hour and a half and had to choose a new hotel for check-in, and it was already 2: 00 am when we rebooked the new hotel, we could not book the hotel for that night and had to book the hotel for the next night and change the check-in date at the front desk, so we also paid for the rescheduling fee.
My friend and I suffered both physical and psychological torture, and could not sleep until 4am, and the next day's trip had to be cancelled, which was a insult!

There is no specific room that you will be booking for, and the sizes of the room vary from small to large. So depending on the availability, you will get the bigger rooms. When I and my partner went at 1 pm, we got a very small room on the ground floor, suitable for a single person and by no means a room for a couple. So we requested a bigger room, and luckily, we got a room that was available on the first floor with a small balcony. We were glad and the people were nice. The landlady and the cleaning lady didn't speak English but they were friendly and patient, so we somehow managed with the help of translations and basic Spanish and sign language ;) The walls are a bit thin, but nothing serious unless you get noisy neighbors who are engaged in loud intercourse, just like we had. The place is a little far from the center of Madrid (2-3 metro connections). But for the price, I recommend checking this place. Try to be there during check-in hours and not too late.

Uno se siente como en casa, trato familiar y amable, Doña Paquita una excelente anfitriona y su hija Ladi un encanto, ganas de volver

Cama de matrimonio con efecto reconciliador, es decir, te tumbes donde te tumbes acabas en el hoyo del centro del colchón junto a tu pareja.
El lavabo era casi del mismo tamaño que el vaso que te ponen para el agua.
Buena combinación de elementos antiguos (viejos) con una decoración vanguardista.

Un lugar extraordinario, habitaciones confortables y una excelente atención. Lo recomiendo al 1000%

La dueña es encantadora. Las habitaciones súper limpias. Llegamos tarde y amablemente nos espero fuera de horario de recepción. Aparcamos fácil

Un trato horrible de insultos, gritos y violenta.
Fuimos a llevar a nuestro hijo al aeropuerto que es menor y por las huelgas de Ryanair y los retrasos no pudimos llegar hasta tarde al hostal. Avisamos a la dueña del hostal y nos dijo que nos esperaba.
Cuando llegamos después de todo el día en el aeropuerto y llamamos la señora, esta no nos abrió. No solo eso sino que cuando la llamamos por teléfono apagó la luz de su habitación (que se veía desde fuera) y no nos contestó.
Nos pensaba quedar en la calle cuando habíamos avisado (nos podría haber dicho que no nos esperaba y no hubiéramos ido).
Después de llamar al timbre un poco más bajó gritando e insultándonos, nos dijo que durmiéramos en la calle y que no nos daba el libro de reclamación porque no le daba la gana. Después de que siguiera gritándonos e insultándonos nos dejó entrar y nos tiro la llave de la habitación a la cabeza literalmente.
El servicio ha sido horrendo, insultos, gritos y muchísimo estrés. Lo único que nos salió hacer fue callarnos porque estábamos muy cansados.
No le recomendamos esta estancia a nadie

Doña Paquita es una persona encantadora y educada, regenta un hostal muy bonito y limpio. Con habitaciones a muy buen precio.

Buen sitio para pernoctar, por su calidad precio. Habitaciones muy limpias y justas para dormir y ducharse.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti e mi sono trovato molto bene.
Forse la stanza un po' piccola, ma per quello che ci serviva era abbastanza.
Bagno piccolo ma fatto bene, doccia ottima.
Unica cosa: le lenzuola e asciugamani non venivano cambiati.
Posizione molto buona, tranquilla di notte e la stazione della metro dista veramente poco, c'è anche una lavanderia a gettoni dall'altro lato della strada.
