28El sitio se merece la máxima puntuación por que sus trabajadores son lo mejor del mundo y de hecho les animo a que los cuiden bien por qué se lo merecen
You can’t find a better location than this one. The key places in Madrid are all 10-15 min away max. The staff is amazing and the hotel is nice. Room was spacious and bed super comfortable. We will be back!
Bel hôtel 4 étoiles, en excellent état, très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Madrid. Les chambres qui donnent sur le patio sont très calmes.
Horrible experience. The hotel routinely sells more rooms than they have. We booked for one night and wanted to extend for few more days. We went to the reception, the staff said there are empty rooms and she will help us book and also tried to sell us a bigger room. So we booked immediately and provided credit card information. But the next day when we tried to check in, the same staff told us the booking is unconfirmed and there's no room for us. How rediculous is that! We book at the hotel directly and the next day they are telling you the booking doesn't exist. They didn't even bother to inform us earlier that there's no room! Imagine you go all the way there and they tell you, sorry, we don't have a room for you and you need to figure out where to sleep by yourself.
A decent hotel with a good location. We liked it's sister hotel (Catalonia Las Cortez) a couple blocks away better. Our room had a very faint smoky smell but the room was large by Madrid standards and like the other Catalonia's had excellent beds and linens. The street is busy but our room was quiet (get one that doesn't face the street). The service was professional.
The thing that I didn’t like is that you can not control the temperature in your room. I stayed here mid November when it was really cold at night and the room gets very cold. The thermostat in the room doesn’t control the temperature. When I asked the reception they said that they control the temperature from the reception for all the rooms. I expect to be able to control the temperature in the room.
Fin de semana para ir al teatro. Ubicación perfecta para ir andando por todo el centro.
Cuidado y atención por el personal en todo momento.
Habitación espectacular.
This was the first place we stayed at when we arrived in Europe and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They stored our luggage before check in and after checkout. We were so tired and they let us check in early. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet which was much needed after a long flight. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I really loved this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable.
