HOTEL EXE MONCLOA, Madrid

Rude stuff, noisy rooms as there is a nightclub downstairs, no kettle in the in rooms, if you haven't included breakfast in your booking you are not allowed to buy a coffee from the hotel, instead you are being directed to the nearest coffee shop. In our case, it was raining in the morning, so I suggested upgrading our booking and pay for breakfast just so we can get coffee without getting soaked - stuff said it is impossible and just stopped talking to us as we were some sort of time wasters. We have never been treated this way anywhere else. I will never book with them again and I have told all my friends visiting Madrid to avoid this place. Not worth the money at all!

Hotel moderno y bien ubicado. Tiene una parada de metro justo en frente. El desayuno está completo y variado. Tiene una terraza con piscina en la azotea y solarium con preciosas vistas de Madrid. Mi habitación era individual, pequeña pero suficiente.

Hôtel pas trop mal et bien situé, mais j’ai trouvé les chambres assez « impersonnelles » cependant tout était très propre et le personnel très sympa. Sur le toit un rooftop avec piscine est disponible mais sur les photos la piscine paraît grande ce qui n’est pas vraiment le cas

When we kindly asked for a barhrobe to join the sauna we been transferred to 3 different agents until someone was able to understand English and told they start the sauna immediately and provide bathrobes. After long waiting I called reception after 3,5 hrs and they just told me it's terribly busy but they will call housekeeping. No attention at all, I went finally downstairs to complain when I found out there are only 2 staff responsible for a 4star-160+rooms hotel on a Saturday afternoon, completely understaffed. I waited for another 15min or so to hear that only 1 bathrobe was available and finally in the sauna it was a mess with no towels available. On top of this when entering the sauna it was completely cold. It took them another 20min or so to switch it on, nothing to be added.

Por el momento bien, aunque el aire acondicionado esta un pelín alto. Y la mampara de la bañera un poco corta.
Los productos del desayuno expuestos en el buffet están un poco secos e inapetencia les.

Bof, certe nous avions pris une chambre simple mais pour un 4 étoiles, les prestations sont moyennes, personnel désagréable, literie pas terrible, parquet de la chambre très abîmé, accès à la terrasse en toit uniquement avec consommation (bien entendu avec un prix assez excessif à mon goût) chambres mal isolées, et alors une odeur d’égouts dans la chambre. Et la salle de bain, nous avons eu une salle de bain pour personnes à mobilité réduite, le problème est que lorsque l’on prend une douche, tout est inondé du sol au toilettes. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.cependant les chambres sont propres et le métro juste en face est très pratique

Hôtel très sympa, propre, chambre superbement nettoyée, piscine sur le toit et très belle terrasse très confortable pour y passer un bon moment au soleil. Petit dej sympa mais pas extraordinaire pas réapprovisionner rapidement mais tout est très bon et il y en a pour tout les goût charcuterie fromage fruit viennoiserie œuf chaud froid cereal thé boisson chaud jus de fruit etc etc. Piscine un peu froide mais c'est pas grave sa rafraîchis parfaitement. SORTIE ENTRÉE DE MÉTRO JUSTE EN FACE LE TOP!
