Hotel Infantas by Mij, Madrid

Nos alojamos en el hotel del 7 al 9 de octubre del 22. Eramos mi marido, mi hija, mi perro Freddy y yo. Y no podemos estar mas contentos con el hotel, su situación cerca de todas partes. Hotel super acogedor, silencioso y tranquilo a pesar de estar en pleno centro de Madrid. La estética del edificio, las habitaciones, los baños y lugares comunes, todo, todo, super bonito y conservando el carácter antiguo del lugar.
Los empleados también superamables y resolviendo cualquier contratiempo que pueda surgir. Ademas, quisiera poner en valor que el hotel, para facilitar la visita al museo del Prado, nos permitió dejar solo al perro en la habitación, estando disponibles a ir al hotel en caso que el perro ladrase o molestara a los además clientes. Claro que esta oportunidad la aprovechamos sabiendo que nuestro perro no haría ningún tipo de ruido que pudiese molestar a los demás alojados. De todos modos, estuvimos toda la mañana paseando de un lado a otro para que a la tarde, el perro estuviese tan cansado que solo quisiese dormir tranquilo en la habitación. Esto mismo recomiendo a quien tenga pensado dejar al perro mientras van a algún museo, pues ya se sabe que un hotel que permita dejar a la mascota sola en la habitación es raro y por ello hay que pensar en la reputación del hotel y en el bienestar de los demás viajeros.
Dicho todo esto, agradecer al hotel su buena disposición y el facilitarnos el poder visitar Madrid con nuestro Freddy.

Mon vol ayant été annulé à cause de grèves, j'ai dû annuler ma réservation à l'hôtel Infantas Madrid. L'hôtel n'a eu aucune compassion et m'a facturé des frais d'annulation au maximum. La rentabilité aux dépens de l'humain, aucune démarche commerciale. A éviter.

Por poner alguna pegas, la cama demasiado antigua, y el precio del desayuno elevado.

Great location, very patient and helpful staff. Nice to have our room tidied while we were out. We don't get that luxury in Canada since COVID. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Posizione strategica per visitare la città. Le camere, come attedi sono un po' datate anche se ordinate e pulite. Bagni ampio. Personale disponibile e gentile.la colazione è servita al tavolo da una persona molto cordiale. Per i pasti nello stesso quartiere esistono molti locali in cui si mangia bene. Consigliato

Hôtel bien placé en centre ville. Les joints des baignoires dans salles de bain mériteraient d être refaits. Le personnel est aimable. Le parking public partenaire de l hôtel facture 20 euros la journée.il se trouve à environ 300 mètres et n' est pas facile d accès. Bien si vous venez en avion.

Óptimo atendimento pelos funcionários do hotel, pequeno almoço bem servido, boa localização, quartos agradáveis e limpos.

I just stayed here for 8 nights; I’ve been staying here for years and will continue to do so! The location is excellent - heart of Madrid, in Chueca, on the quiet end of Calle de las Infantas next to Plaza del Rey. You can walk to several parts of the city and you have two Metro stops within a 3-5 minute walk plus the Express bus from the airport stops a block away. Everything is right around you but the area is quiet. The rooms are a good size and well appointed with large modern bathrooms. Americans will find the bed a bit firmer than what you get in the US but it’s still a good sleep. The best part of the stay is the staff - so often in Spain you will get polite but not friendly service. Not so here, where the staff is not only professional but they are genuinely happy you are there, from front desk to housekeeping. They will gladly call a cab for you or give you tips on the area. I have been coming here for years and you should too

The hotel is in the center and in a great neighborhood, with many places to hang out and chill. It goes without saying that the food from around the world in Madrid is the best!

The staff is amazing, Paula at the desk goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need, when I called before the reservation she explained to me everything about the rooms and having my pet dog with me during my stay, and her kindness made me reserve there. Also, the rest of the staff makes you feel like home, if you need help or need a cup of ice, they will happily help you out. I always felt their friendliness, this isn't just a job for them which is good.

The rooms are extremely clean, the bathroom also have a bidet (the one we stayed in), and the beds are comfortable to let you sleep a good nap after a good meal. The rooms are so cozy that they feel like you are in an classic Spanish villa, and if you get one with windows to the street you're actually on a little balcony which is lovely.

With the health restrictions of 2021, the breakfast is served to you in the little restaurant they have; Mrs. Olga or Mr. Nour al-Din gives you the buffet menu and you can order what you'd like to eat, they're very nice and can speak with you in Spanish, French or English.

I can't wait to go back to Chueca and stay there again, every minute in the hotel was great!

Un hotel espectacular, el trato muy amable y las instalaciones muy buenas, los colchones son muy cómodos y el baño es enorme. Experiencia muy repetible

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Situado en el barrio de Chueca. Habitaciones sencillas con decoración clásica. El baño nuevo e impecable. La cama cómoda pero quizás las almohadas muy bajas para mi gusto. El personal muy atento.

Para volver y recomendar. Super céntrico para ir andando a los barrios más típicos de Madrid: Chueca, Salamanca, Malasaña.
Y a la vez en una calle muy tranquila con lo que el descanso está garantizado. La habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. El personal muy amable.
Admiten mascotas (yo tengo una perrita que siempre viaja con nosotros) y hay acuerdo con un garaje a 2 minutos andando.

Je ne comprends pas d'ou viennent ces avis positifs. L'emplacement est correct et la salle de bains aussi, mais pour le reste. Chambre triste et vieillotte avec vue sur immeuble en travaux et échaffaudage, équipement usé ou hors d'usage, pas du tout conforme aux descriptif ni aux photos.
